Tip 1 in preparation for the Global Worry-Free Day
There are three days left for the 12 hours’ worry-fast scheduled for this upcoming Saturday –7.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m.
Today’s tip is to make a list of the things that worry you, and why. Write as much as you can. Spare at least 15 minutes for his exercise. After the first 5 minutes, your conscious mind will begin to relax–giving your subconscious permission to reveal whatever is underneath. I’m certain that you will have fun with this.
