Three Ways to Inspire yourself:

The year is ending. Bills are most probably accumulating. Membership renewals are due. The expenses are increasing, yet your income is the same. In situations like these, stress and/or worry become the order of the mind. It’s hard to avoid negative emotions.
Below are three ways to inspire yourself and see things on a brighter spectrum.

1. Clean and organize your closet. Gather all clothes and shoes that you haven’t worn for the last 6 months, and give them away

2. Listen to your favorite music. Music has been known to soothe the mind.

3. Have a candle light bath. This is physically and emotional soothing.

19 Natural Ways to Prevent Breast Cancer


This is an informative article I found online.

1. Perform a breast self-examination once a month. If you find any abnormalities, consult your doctor immediately. Early detection is vital to successful treatment.

2. Drink 8 glasses of pure water daily. The best water filtering system is reverse osmosis. Water stored in plastic contains contaminants.

3. Eliminate all foods with additives, preservatives, artificial colorings and chemicals. Read labels.

4. To increase oxygen in your environment decorate with plants. In highly polluted areas, use an air filter. Breathe deeply, exhaling through the nose. Aerobic exercise and yoga elevates oxygen in our cells. This is essential to good health.

5. Chew food thoroughly and eat slowly, in a relaxed atmosphere. Smaller portions improve digestion while increasing the absorption of nutrients from organic food.

6. Minimize over the counter and prescription drugs. Substitute herbs whenever possible. Drugs clog the liver and have adverse effects on hormone detoxification.

7. Avoid constipation, without the use of over the counter laxatives, which can be dangerous. “In almost every case of breast cancer, a history of constipation can be demonstrated.” (Pelton) Plenty of water, fiber, fruit, and exercise are very helpful. Magnesium citrate helps stimulate peristalsis in the colon. If you must use a laxative, use an herbal one but only occasionally. If constipation is chronic and/or you want to expedite detoxification, consult a colon hydro-therapist.

8. Exercise regularly. Women who exercise aerobically four hours a week have less disease and stress. Exercise, especially jumping on a trampoline, stimulates the movement of lymph thus facilitating drainage in the breast. Move your arms, swim, dance, walk, and do calisthenics.

9. Do not wear tight bras with under wires. Take your bra off whenever you can. Bras cut off the lymph drainage allowing breast to experience longer exposure to toxins.

10. Wear natural fabrics. The skin is your largest organ of elimination and detoxification. Natural fabrics allow the skin to breathe. Avoid dry-cleaning whenever possible. Carcinogenic chemicals from dry cleaning can enter your system through your skin. If you must dry clean, air out garments before wearing.

11. Do not use any harsh anti-perspirants, deodorants, soaps, detergents, lotion, make-up, hair dye, etc. Every chemical you put on your skin enters your body, thus increasing detoxification requirements on your liver.

12. Massage your breasts daily as massage stimulates blood flow and oxygen thus increasing lymphatic drainage.

13. Dry brush your skin daily with a natural skin brush in a circular motion toward the heart, emphasizing the areas where lymph nodes are concentrated, neck, shoulders, underarms, inner thighs etc. Skin brushing in the morning can be more energizing than coffee.

14. Install a shower filter. Chlorine and other carcinogens found in tap water enter the body through the skin.

15. Take saunas, steam baths, herbal baths and wraps, and have massages as often as possible. These assist detoxification.

16. Avoid holding stress and resentment in your body. Find healthy ways to relax and express yourself to eliminate stress. Emotional and personality make-up are large factors in attaining wellness. Love of life, love for oneself, and deep connections to others help us make healthier choices. Expressing emotions, even ‘negative’ ones, are a part of wellness.

17. Spirituality contributes to wellness. It means something different to each of us. It can be appreciation of our worth, uniqueness, and purpose. It can be to have faith, to love, to forgive, an/or to commune with nature.

18. Make changes gradually, learn more about preventing disease and share this information. Remember that the more organically you eat, the healthier you and the earth will be.

19. Take responsibility for your health and your body. Find a competent, alternative health-care provider that you trust.

Letter to God

As the year ends, we all become tensed about our accomplishments, failures and hopes for the future. At times we feel as if we are helpless with no one to help, or even understand how scared we are about the future, bills, debt, etc.

Today, write a letter about your money problems and address it to God, creator, Allah, Jesus, Jehovah or whomever you refer to as your higher power. Write about your deep feelings, worries and troubles about money. Tell him what you want to do with the money. Write about what you want to feel when you get the money. When you are done writing the letter, place it in your bible or religious book that resonates with you. If you are not religious, fold the letter, place it in an envelope and put it in a drawer. Go about your day being grateful and staying in the moment.

Three Simple Steps to Create Your New Year’s Goals. Includes a Gift for You!


What's your goal

2014 is ending in about 23 days and 10 hours—depending on where you are located. I’m aware that sometimes we create goals that we never achieve, and therefore, have given up on even trying—in avoidance of the disappointment of not achieving these set goals. However, I’m here to remind you that nothing moves, if nothing is moved. I dare you to move your thoughts away from the past, and focus on the possibilities of the future. If others have done it, oh yes you can do it too.  I challenge you to take on this project in the provided deadline (i.e.) 12/29/2014, and then claim your gift—a spelled out at the end of this article.

It is as simple as spending one of the evenings before the year ends, and following this simple format included in the next chapter to set your goals. You are doing this for yourself and no one else. So, I encourage you to enthusiastically take on this exercise.

Here are the steps.

  1. Write three life-goals, in present tense, that you intend to achieve next year-2015. Life goals, are mainly what you intend for your health and wellbeing. For instance; family related goals such as better relationships, or maybe getting married, travelling, Educational goals, or having a kid; or moving to a new town where you’ve always wanted to live but procrastinated about the move. For example:
  • I’m happily married to my soul mate; and we have two healthy kids together – twins, a boy and girl
  • I have a great relationship with my family members. We get together every year and celebrate life.
  • I am in perfect health, with the perfect weight of 158 lbs, and with a healthy creative mind.

 (i)  Write down the first step you will take towards achieving this goal. For example:

I have my profile set-up on eHarmony.com explaining exactly what I want in a partner.

 (ii)  Write down how you will feel, in present tense, when you achieve these goals.

For example: I feel alive, worthy and excited about life.

(iii)  Write down three reasons why you think you deserve to achieve these goals—your driving force.

For example:

  • I’m a woman, and I know I was born to give birth to healthy kids.
  • I am a loving person who deserves to share my love with a like-minded person
  • I deserve a healthy mind, body, and spirit in order fulfill my life’s purpose.

 career goals

  1. Write down three major career goal: – A business that you want to begin, an investment idea, change of jobs, job promotion, career-based training, etc. For example:
  • I have a global Success Coaching business serving 1 million clients worldwide through my on-line programs, books, and Art.
  • I have 3 paid bi-weekly speaking engagements in Fortune 500 companies and other publics in the US. I earn $5000 + each engagement.
  • I am a bestselling Author –selling 10,000,000 copies of my life-changing books world-wide. My books are translated in 189 languages.

 (i)  Write down the first step you will take towards achieving this goal. For example: I have hired a professional to re-skin and re-brand my website and highlight my business values, and unique brand.

 (ii)  Write down how you will feel, in present tense, when you achieve these goals.

For example: I feel purposeful, worthy, and enthusiastic to create more products and services to change people’s lives.

 (iii)  Write down three reasons why you think you deserve to achieve these goals—your driving force. For example:

  •  I am highly educated and skilled, and know that I have what it takes to deliver valuable services.
  • I am enthusiastic about making a difference in the world.
  • I have an immerse passion to serve, and earn out of the value I offer to my clientele.

 Money goals

  1. Write down a money / income related goal. This goal is about how much money you want to earn by, or before the end of 2015. I dare you to dream big. For example:
  • I earn $10,000,000 annually.

(i)  Write down the first step you will take towards achieving this goal. For example: I have set-up a meet-up networking group to attract like-minded people

(ii)  Write down three things that you are willing to do to earn that income. Refer to your skills, experience or education: – what you know that you can do to earn that money. For example:

  •  Success Coaching and Counseling
  • Professional Speaking Engagements
  • Selling my books, audio programs and Success programs.

 (iii) Write down how you will feel, in present tense, when you achieve this amount of money. For example:

I feel excited that my services, skills and values are appreciated. I feel so driven to create more value for my clientele. I feel alive and purposeful.

(iv)  Write down why you think you deserve this money.

For example:

I deserve this money because I am willing to do whatever it takes to serve, and then get paid for it. I deserve abundance. I believe that it is my birthright.
