  •  But how do we do that when we are bombarded by emotional baggage?

  •  How do we become mentally and emotionally strong when our past is haunting us?

  •  How do we stand up for ourselves with all those internalized voices telling us that we are not good enough?

  •  How do we do the best we can, with all our might, when we feel like the world has robbed us of all we have?

Well, the answer to all the above questions is clear: “it’s by taking our power back.” How do we take our power back? –you may wonder! We take our power back by investing in our emotional, and mental liberation, and evolution.  It’s about being so tired of being tired. It’s about being sick of being sick and tired.

But that’s only, and only if you are ready to heal and claim your true magnificence, and then take your power back.

Love and light
