Influential Psychology: One out-of-the box Business Persuasive Skill:

dog-woman-3

Among other benefits, learning several psychological based tools of persuasion can give you insight into when they’re being used on you. The biggest benefit of this is that you can use these skills to influence others to buy from you. Below is a trick that most people use even when they are not aware of its psychological benefits.

Tip: Get or borrow Man’s best friend (At least for many). Take a picture of you with a dog.

In order to give people the impression that you’re loyal, and to inspire them to be loyal to you, put up a picture of you with a dog (it doesn’t even have to be your own dog). This can make you seem like a team player, but don’t go overboard; putting up too many pictures with different dogs will kill the trick.

Here are some examples.

A Client Lost is Money Trashed! Four Steps to Build Customer Loyalty:

Building customer loyalty is not a cup of tea. It’s built over time and happens by giving consistent and quality attention to your clients.

When you think of the cost of acquiring a new customer, then keeping those you have is very important.

In the contemporary world, business owners treat their customers like prostitutes. Once they make the sale, the relationship ends.  They don’t follow up to establish how the customers are enjoying the product or service. They neither address complaints efficiently nor initiate open dialogs to establish why a client is not showing up or buying from them anymore.

When we lose one client, we lose all the other connections that he/she could have referred to our businesses. It’s like losing a clan or village: which is why we shouldn’t take things for granted.

And I envisage that some businesses are too big to personalize follow-ups to individual customers. But that shouldn’t be an excuse. Technology has made things easy. There are mobile apps, and email techniques that customer relationships’ managers can easily and timely use to stay in touch with all their customers.

Below are a few tips that I have personally employed to build a strong customer loyalty base. Please note that these tips will work best for small businesses.

  1. At the end of every client’s meeting, use these words: “Is there anything else I can do for you?”

  2. Have multiple ideas for building client loyalty through phone calls, e-mail, and postal mail. For instance;

    i) Keeping birthdays and offering coupons or free services to help your client celebrate his or her big day.

ii) Offering simple “how to” tips, just like this article, to stay connected and engaged with your clients.

  3. Know how to approach a neglected client to regain their trust and keep their business. This implies following up and dropping your ego to find out and apologize for the part you played if relevant when you realize that your client isn’t happy with your service or product.

  4. Begin a study of other companies that have loyal clients and incorporate some of their strategies into your business.

In a nutshell: develop a smooth and open communication platform; build credibility, and remove your own mental-shoes in order to wear and really feel the temperature in your clients’ mental-shoes. 🙂

Being a Professional Speaker requires of us to be organized, captivating, and most importantly, memorable. However, before we achieve the preceding goals, preparation is paramount. If we don’t take care of the small things that one could consider irrelevant, chances are that we won’t achieve our speaker-objectives.

5 Steps to Find out what your Customer Really Wants

Keep_Your_Customers_Coming_Back_and_Have_Them_Bring_Their_Friends_w_Them

Selling is one of the major functions of any organization, yet the least invested in. Most unsuccessful businesses think that learning how to sell is being corny. But I guess that’s why they are unsuccessful in the first place.

Below are some questions that you can ask a prospectus customer to establish what he/she really wants and if your product or service can satisfy his/her needs.

1. What do you like most about what you already have?

customer

2. What do you want that you don’t have?

Offer

3. Would it be fair to ask what you like least about what you’ve got?

4. Summarize the difference between what they want and what they’ve got.

5. Establish if your product or service provides the features and benefits that they are looking for, and then make an offer.

Going Through Hell? 5 Ways to Liberate Your Life:

Going through hell

Going through hell? Been there. There are times in my life when I felt as if I had a concrete and eternal contract with Satan himself. Everything in my world seemed to be crumbling. I took one step forward, and then 1000 steps backwards. There is nothing I did that made me feel happy or purposeful. I was eventually short of answers and tools to try and liberate my soul. I didn’t know what else to do. Suddenly, I stopped. I stopped searching; stopped looking for answers; and just lived every moment as it prevailed.

If you are experiencing havoc in your life, I hope the following 5 steps help you remember that every beginning has an end. As long as it is a challenge, it has a solution. There are no questions without answers.

  1. Wake up every morning and breathe deeply for at least 30 minutes. As you breathe, imagine that you are breathing in pure positive energy, and breathing out all the negativity.

 Breathe1

  1. As you take a shower, repeat the statement; “I release all that no longer serve me”— over and over again until you are done with the shower.

 Release

  1. During the day when worries and sadness creep in, breathe deeply. Imagine that you are breathing in a white healing light from God, and breathing out all that no longer serve you.

 Light of God

  1. Drink a lot of water. And as you ease yourself, repeat the statements; “I’m releasing all that no longer serve me.”

 drinking water

  1. Before you go to bed, say out loud, “From this very moment, and as I sleep tonight, my unconscious mind is liberating my spirit, freeing my mind, empowering my soul, and branding me to live a full life.”

Affirmations

I encourage you to go through this exercise for as long as you can, at least until you feel better about your life. Remember that the answers we seek are all engrained inside of us.

If you want someone to talk to, contact me for a complimentary 30 minutes phone or online session. I’m only this email away –  author@tapthegood.com

You are not your Emotions: An EFT and Ho’oponopono Complimentary Session

A few weeks ago, I blogged about how we all at times, jail up ourselves and stay in relationships with people who are more than energy vampires.

energy-vampire-englarged.jpg

In the relationship, you feel so emotionally weak and mentally drained, yet have no courage to walk away. He/she is like your personal blend of an addictive dangerous drug that you need to survive yet slowly but surely destroy yourself in the process. Consciously, you are well-aware that you should run for your life; however, something within you keeps you holding on. You can’t explain it. It hurts, yet emotionally stings even more, whenever you attempt to stay away from him/her.

Bad-Relationship

Do you feel me??? As also an Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, I have included a brief video at the end of this article, with a free EFT session for anyone who feels like they are in a relationship-jail. The session will address general root-causes of any emotions that could be promoting one’s self-jailing attitude.

pain2

EFT is a psychologically-charged technique discovered over five thousand years ago by the Acupuncturists. Just like them, less of needles, EFT works by one tapping on the same meridian points and self-talking, while acknowledging whatever emotions are engrossed in the body’s energetic system; which then magically gets rid of them. EFT has been known to produce instant results regardless of whether one believes in the process or not.

In the attached video, please tap along with me, as you repeat the statements that I say. Try it out with enthusiasm. This may be the ticket to your emotional freedom. Happy tappy. https://youtu.be/Z5F49Gon-aQ

EFT

There is another resource that I recommend. The book – Love, Men and Money: How to Attract and Retain them, contains a lot of healing EFT sessions that will get you started on your emotional freedom journey.

IJon pic recently had the pleasure of meeting with, and interviewing Jon Pirincci, a comedian, actor, and author of the book “What’s a Little Wind?” As you read the following interview-content, you will discover more about Jon, his work and book. If you are looking for a good inspirational relate-able book, What’s a Little Wind?” is an amazing book to consider.

1. Tell us about yourself and what you do.

I was born in Seattle Washington. When I was five yrs old, my parents moved to Rochester New York. After a few years living in New York, I decided to go to Orlando, Florida, a sunny place, with better weather where I could pursue my comedy and acting career. After living in Florida for 4 yrs, I learned that the television and film industry in Miami was blooming. So I moved to Miami and lived there for six yrs.

In 1998, I moved to Los Angeles to further my career in Acting and Comedy. I have lived in Los Angles for the past 15 yrs.

I am an actor and comedian. I love Stand-up comedy; and have been doing that for over 20 yrs. I also produce webi-sodes and pod-casts.   Additionally, I am an author of a motivational-spiritual book titled–“What’s a Little Wind?”

 2. When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?

I have always wanted to write. I started by writing Jokes for my comedy routine with impressions, then a sitcom. I then realized that I really wanted to write a book about my life that would also inspire, and empower others. This is when I embarked on writing the book, What’s a Little Wind?”

3. What do you think is unique about you as an author? What makes you stand out in the crowd of authors?

Having grown up in the 1960s and 70s, I understand the social positive structures and norms that made life fun and refreshing back then. This is some of what I embrace in my writing. I also blend in my humor and old fashioned values that everyone can relate to- especially in this era where technology is taking over humility and personable communication, in a world bombarded with negativity.

4. What inspired you to write this book?

I went to a motivational seminar by Joel Bauer in July 2013 where he indicated that everyone has a book in them. So I thought about it, and a month later I tapped into my creativity and started writing the book. And I have to admit that writing this book has been one of the most inspiring things that I’ve done in my life.

5How long did it take you to write this book?

4 months.

6. When did you publish this book?

I self-published it in March 2014 through CreateSpace.

7. Who did you write this book for?

I wrote the book for anyone who is looking for empowerment, inspiration, and real-life stories to relate to.

8Why do you think people should buy this book?

Since the book shares real life experiences of people who have gone through hard times, this book is written to inspire, empower and upgrade people’s lives. The book is very relate-able; which makes it easy for my readers to comprehend the fact that everything is about perception; and happiness is a choice that we can all make.

The book contains over 20 incredible and completely true stories about miracles of faith, angels, kismet, health, patriotism, neighbors, greed and spirits. Readers will also main achieve the following:

  • Gain new insights about this incredible, miraculous world we all live in.
  • Make meaningful and dramatic life changes based on fresh perspective.
  • Allow the wind to guide you into believing yourself and staying positive.
  • See how life opens one door and closes another for a reason that will soon be revealed.
9Please give us 4 benefits that your readers will achieve from this book.
  • They will be able to tap into their abundant happiness-resources.
  • They will understand that everything is about perception.
  • They will comprehend the fact that we all have a choice about what to focus on, and what to ignore.
  • The theme of the book, “What’s a little Wind” has inspired me and my readers to go through the hardest times—considering that stressing over our problems doesn’t make them easier, or chase them away. Becoming witnesses of our problems, and perceiving them as temporary, and with solutions to solve the problems, is what resolves them.
10. Where can your readers find your books?

  2. Paperback – http://www.amazon.com/Whats-Little-Wind-Inspirations-Situations-ebook/dp/B00J88BTAU/ref=sr_1_1_twi_2_kin?ie=UTF8&qid=1427726846&sr=8-1&keywords=jon+pirincci

What is a little wind pic

11. What is the retail price of your book?

   $19.95

12. What was one of the most surprising things you learned in writing your book?

That I can actually write a book; write every day, and be happy about it. It’s something that will stay with me forever– and I will always be proud I did it.

Are you Stressed Out? Think Twice!

Worried about things? Think Twice

Tapthegood

Often we all beaker and complain about the things we don’t have. We literally forget how blessed we are until we look around us just to see how good we have it.

  • Today if you are worried and complaining about how dull or ugly your toilet paint looks, think about those who don’t even have access to toilets.

Wah!

  • If you are worried about not having the money to take your clothes to the dry cleaners, think about those who neither have access to, nor can afford to take their clothes to a laundry mart.

  • If you are complaining about how hot or cold it is in your house, think about those who live on the street.

  • If you are stressed about your job, think about those who have no chance or even mindset to seek for employment or upgrade their lives.
