The heart chakra is an energy center located in the center or our heart area. When the energy of this chakra is blocked we experience emotions of sadness, self-doubt, loneliness and other self-conflicting states. EFT is one of the many magical tools that can be used to unblock stuck energy in our chakras and get things back to normal.
In this video, I use EFT and the mirror method to heal and align the heart chakra in order to attract love.
