Total wellbeing is a vital ingredient in success. Know that you have authority over your body. You can correct or heal whatever isn’t right in your mind and body, by recognizing and being one with your very authentic nature.

Note that your nature is pure awareness, pure consciousness, and beyond. In this nature, and from this nature, you can activate and direct purity, originality, and total absolute wellbeing in your mind, body and soul.

You are a god to your body, mind and soul. The presence of God, is the presence in you. The spirit of God, is the spirit in you. Remember, in God, as a god to your mind, body and soul, you can command them to do, and be whatever you want them to be and do.

May these affirmations empower you to heal your body.

Money Conscious Series: Three – Say Thank You


Whatever you think about consistently, will manifest in your experiences. Whatever you give your attention to, will be empowered by an equivalent flow of energy. Remember, energy flows where the attention is.

Today, sit down and write all the money you have ever received, including what you have now in all your money portals, as far as you remember. Go back to a time when you first received money, regardless of the amount or currency. Just write it down and say thank you for each amount. You do not have to remember all of it, but this exercise will reveal how wealthy you already are. During the exercise, you will also be thinking about, and focusing on money. As a result, your money consciousness will be amplified. You will be aware, and conscious of the money you have had in the past, including now. Your mind will be dwelling on money. Remember, what you sow is what you reap. The least and most important role you can play to have money is to work on your consciousness about it.

After making your money list, look at it every day, and say;

“Thank you, God for money. I now become conscious of having all this money. I am still conscious of having all this money. And I will continue being conscious of having all the money and more of it until it is expressed in my external world. I am that, I am. Thank you, God in me for money.

Money Conscious Series: Two – Put Money in Its Place


If you are like me, at one point in your life, you have treated money as if you owed it your very life, in order to be in your presence. Have you ever held a bunch of notes in your hands and either felt a fear that someone might steal it, or that you might not get more of it?

Have you ever said stuff such as, “I have to hold my money because I might not get more soon.” “Men, money is so hard to find of late. I am going to save this far, far away so that no one can find it.” “I am saving money for a rainy day.” I know I have said stuff like that in the past.

Such statements reflect on a mindset that is programmed with what I would refer to as, “A Low Esteem Money Conscious Complex.” It is a virus of the money and if you want to develop a healthier money conscious, where money comes to you easily and effortlessly, let this mentality go. Every time these thoughts come up in your mind when you are handling money, deny them. Say to yourself, “No, no, no. Pack up your little behinds and leave. I reject you and you are not allowed in here.”

Hold a note of money in your hands and affirm:

Listen here money, I am your master. I tell you what to do. Without me, there is no you. I give you the meaning I want you to have. I describe you as I please. And right here and right now, you are my servant. You serve me. I treat you well and you do as I say. Now, go out there and make more of yourself. You need company, don’t you? Now go money, go. Make more of yourself, multiply yourself and then come back here for my next command.” I am that, I am. Thank you, God in me, for Money.

According to an article of the special section “Meditations Off the Beaten Path” in Tricycle’s Winter 2018 issue, everything consists of the four primary elements: earth, fire, water, and air. Observing the presence of all four of these elements within us, or even just one of them, can be an important way of recognizing how our individual composition is the same as the composition of the rest of the universe. Day 3- Using Mirror Work to Denounce the Memory of Focusing on, and Attracting What You don’t Want


When we develop habits through consistent action, these habits eventually transform into memories. And once a memory about a particular habit is formulated, one remembers to act in congruent with that habit every time there is a corresponding trigger. For example, if you are always focused on what’s wrong or what you don’t want, the brain soon transforms that action into a habit. If you carry on with this habit, the brain stores it as a memory. So every time something you perceive as unpleasant happens, the brain is triggered to release the memory of worry: i.e. you start to worry.

In this video, we shall denounce this memory of focusing on, and attracting what we don’t want. We shall use the mirror to connect with ourselves and then go through the process. Remember to engage your senses and maintain the stare in the mirror.

What to do When You Feel Uninspired

How often do you feel uninspired?

What do you do when you keep procrastinating just because you don’t feel the urge to get started on a particular project?

What can you do to inspire yourself?

There are times when I have had projects to pursue: times when I know exactly what to do, how to do it, plus have the resources needed to get started. But for some reason, I couldn’t get started because I felt so uninspired.

Most times it is because my mind is stuck on what things are supposed to be, or shouldn’t be. Other times, I’m thinking about what’s wrong and how wrong it could get. And that’s how the matrix holds each of us captive. We find ourselves knowing what to do and not doing it. It is like you are aware that fire burns but you keep playing with it. You are aware that when you don’t take action nothing will be accomplished, but you don’t take action. What kind of BS is that? lol.

The underlying reason is because we are afraid. Note that we are either hosts of progress or hostages of fear. If your fear doesn’t drive you, you are its hostage. 

One of the ways to snap out of this mind block is to inspire ourselves. However, how do you inspire yourself when you don’t want to do anything? Apparently, you’ve consciously and/or subconsciously driven yourself into this emotional/mental mess. This also implies that if you feel lethargic, and you have lost the grip on how to get out. Yet, it is still up to you to get your stressed-behind out of this mess.  What do you do?

Here are a few steps to get you started on inspiring yourself. 

  1. Know that it is your responsibility to feel good and inspired. Remove the blame from anything or anyone out of yourself. Get a grip of your mind and make it your hostage. Direct your mind to do what you want instead of the other way round. Talk yourself into taking full responsibility of your emotions. 
  2. Remember, or find your why. Go back to the drawing board of why you want to accomplish that goal. For instance, during days when I don’t feel like writing or making videos to inspire my audience, I remember why–which is my life purpose. I know that when I inspire others through the different ways I do, this is the time I feel alive the most. Therefore, find your why.
  3. Meditate. Yes, meditate. Some people think that meditation is for monks. But I attest to the power of meditation. Meditation has helped me overcome some of the ugliest situations in my life. Meditation has rewarded me with a lot of clarity, enthusiasm and unconditional inner peace. It’s mainly through meditation that I get the ideas I write, and record about.   4. Exercise: Once you change your physiology, your mood will change. Stand up, stretch, stand in your power pause, go for a walk, do yoga or whatever you can to get moving. This will amplify the production of your happy hormones and then get you inspired to take action.
