Do You Trust Your Thoughts, or Yourself?

It is easy to consider all our thoughts as our friends, because we have been with them for so long. However, much as some of these thoughts are either positive guides, creative ideas or progressing memories, there are others that appear in our consciousnesses with intent to bring us down.

The question is, how do you know which thoughts to trust? Some thoughts might be negative but guiding. How would you differentiate between thoughts that are positive and those that are disempowering? Furthermore, do you really need thoughts to survive? How often do you take action that is being guided by thoughts? To simplify, do you ever think about something at the very moment you are doing it? For the most part, you might be doing something and thinking about something else–the past or the future. For example, do you ever drive, if you drive, thinking, “Oh now I am stepping on my breaks. Now I am engaging another gear. Now, I am stopping….etc..” You get the point.

Note that our actions are retrieved from our memories. Our behaviors are retrieved from our subconscious minds. The conscious mind, which is also the doorway to thoughts is used to experience and express whatever is already in the subconscious. So, you realize that your consciousness doesn’t really require you to think, because you already have the programs and memories you need to operate. And if you need to replace these programs, this is when you think of new ways to improve them. This also implies that you don’t need to think to live. But you need to be alive in order to think. You don’t need to think to be. But you need to be in order to think. You don’t need to think to be conscious. But you need to be conscious in order to think. So, you come before your thoughts. Your thoughts can’t exist without you: meaning that you are superior.

Do you know that you even if you felt stuck and didn’t know what to do, you wouldn’t really need to think about it? The more peaceful way is to be thoughtless, empty, which is when your inner guidance will reveal your next course of action. And although this might come in a form of a thought, it will have an energy of purposefulness and inspiration about it.

Going back to the question in the title; Do you trust your thoughts or yourself? My conclusion is, I trust myself first, then my thoughts. What are your views?

Everything that Happens to Us First Happens in Us:

inner-world-04-s-jaswantWe all have a tendency of reacting to external stimuli because we have somehow fallen into the trap of believing that what happens in the outer world has the power to determine how we should feel. We think that whatever emotionally hurts us happens to us. We have also believed that we have no power to decide how to allocate our attention to our external and inner worlds. So, we blame the external world and the people in it for doing themselves…doing their thing. We conclude that people do things to us…things happen to us. Yet, experience is personal, it’s an inner process. That’s why two people can be exposed to similar external situations yet generate different emotions. And this is because although there is one earth, there are millions of worlds. Every person is in their own world, viewing and experiencing the external world as they are inwardly. Knowing this, and in the actual sense remembering this, sets us free from emotional turmoil.

Powerful Manifestation Guided Meditation from US Andersen’s book | Tapthegood.com

creative-manifestation1-e1412527341290

This guided meditation is retrieved from the book, The Three Magic Words by US Anderson–one of the most influential books I’ve ever read. I’ve actually read the book 9 times. And every I read it, I discover something new. It’s one of the first books I read when I got on my self-inquiry journey.

It is recommended in the book that you listen to the meditation everyday for 21 days in order to cement the ideas in your unconscious mind.

In the meantime, I believe that this meditation will fill your unconscious mind with great prompters upon which you will be able to manifest whatever you want.

I’m sending you abundant love from my heart to yours.

Emotional Counseling and Angel Therapy for Negative Emotions Related to Relationships’ Conflicts

DemosSo you are having a hard time with your relationship, right?

I know what that feels like. I’ve experienced the related negative emotions accrued from troubled relationships. These emotions can be draining and disorienting when accommodated and believed. The good news is that there are proven simple tools that can resolve and dissolve any negative emotions or feelings regardless of their intensity. But this can only happen when we remember the following:

1. We can not control other people.
2. We are not our emotions.
3. We perceive our emotions.
4. There’s an observer within us who observes both the negative emotions and the perceiver of them.
5. When we recruit thoughts that generate emotions to relate to an experience, we create two types of emotions:
(i) Dead-end emotions
(ii) Trouble generating emotions.

6. When we deny thoughts our attention they cease to create conditions.
7. There are conditions in life that may not change; but there is a place in you they can never change.

“When we deny thoughts our attention they cease to create conditions.” Jacent Mpalyenkana-Murray

In this video, I go in depth to explain the difference between the two types of emotions and how they affect us. I also offer a simple, yet powerful tool to help you release the negative emotions. Lastly, I take you through an Angel therapy session to help you soothe your mind.

Removing the Blind-folds to see who you truly are

1905128-Ramana-Maharshi-Quote-Pure-Consciousness-which-is-the-Heart

Imagine being told as a child that you were blind. Your parents put blindfolds on your eyes to cement the idea that you are blind. Only to realize one day that you are actually not blind. You can see. That’s what’s happening to us. We are so blind-folded to realize that we are not our human identity. By believing that we are just human, we lose out on the magnificent implications of who we truly are. We suffer and struggle because we are downplaying ourselves. We are playing “sheep” when we are lions. We are playing “clouds” when we are the sky upon which the clouds float. Imagine removing this blindfold and revealing, or stepping into who you truly are!! How much blissful would life be??
