10 Proven ways to Cleanse Your Space From Stuck/Negative Energy


Many times, when we enter a room in our house/office, we might sense discomfort or experience body chills. This might be an indication that the room has stuck energy. Some people are so sensitive to this type of energy that when they access it in a room, they could get a headache or feel sick. At times, one might not even feel anything but could get an instant belief that the room is infected by some sort of stuck energy. I happen to experience all the above on different occasions.

Now, what’s stuck energy, and how is it created in a room?

Stuck energy is energy that is not flowing as it should. As you might know, everything is energy. Some of the causes of stuck energy are; a disorganized or dirty room; a room with trash; a room with boxes or other things close to the door(s)/window(s); a room where big arguments/fights or crying have happened.

How does stuck energy affect you?

This type of space affects our own energies, because our environments have a way of affecting our moods/energy flow and overall health. For instance, imagine being in a smelly room for a certain period of time, and when you leave the room, you continue smelling it.

Furthermore, if this room is your working space/office, stuck energy will affect the energetic flow of money, i.e. prevent or reduce the number of clients coming in. If it’s your bedroom, you might have problems falling asleep–or even have nightmares.

How do you cleanse your space?

  1. Remove all clutter
  2. Organize the room and create space at the entrance, and windows.
  3. Open the windows/doors for at least 2 hours to let the stuck air out.
  4. Lighten up the room by opening the blinds or curtains. Let light come in.
  5. Burn a white and black candle. (Explanations of what these two candles can do for your space and mind, can be found at http://psychiclibrary.com/beyondBooks/color-therapy-with-candles/)
  6. Burn sage and blow the smoke in all corners of your space. You can also call arch-angel Michael, Jesus or any other angels to help you with the process.
  7. Put a teaspoon of sea salt in a spray bottle filled with water, and spray all over the room with an intention to cleanse the room.
  8. Put 10 to 15 drops of Peppermint oil in a spray bottle filled with water and spare all over the room. If it’s your bedroom, also spray on the bed and under it.
  9. Pour 3 to 5 spoons of rubbing alcohol on sea salt placed on a saucer. Lighten up the mixture with a lighter. When the mixture starts bringing out smoke, put out the fire and then walk around the room/house while holding an intention in your mind to cleanse the space. (Remember to wear gloves to protect yourself from the heat that can be transmitted from the hot salt)
  10. Place a glass, or an open bowl filled with water in your room for 24 hours. Hold an intention that you are directing all the negative/stuck energy into the water. (You can also place the glass or bowl of water under your bed if it’s your bedroom that’s affected) After 24 hours, pour the water in the toilet as you affirm; “I’m now flashing all the negative in this water from this space.”

You can utilize one, any, or all the above tools to cleanse your space. Remember to hold an intention in your mind during the process.

Does What You Want Deserve You?


Often times who crave to get certain things in life. We crave for jobs, relationships, cars, etc, only to get them and start craving for different things. At times when we get what we have been longing for, this is when we realize that it doesn’t resonate with our personal standards.

As a counselor and coach, I have discovered that people long for what they don’t really want. They tend to focus so much on the  wanted “thing” instead of the feelings that the ‘thing” will elicit in them when they get it. For example; a woman craves to attract a man. And when she does, she realizes that she deserves better. This is when she also discovers that she didn’t evaluate what she particularly deserves before she established what she wanted.

My simple advice is that before you start working towards achieving a set goal, let it be a woman, man, job, promotion, car, etc, ask yourself if this goal reflects on your standards, values, and self esteem. The starting point is to evaluate how you value yourself. What makes you, you? What’s your worth?

Who is to Blame?


It’s apparent that since we are born, we are programmed to blame our challenges to our parents, teachers at school, relatives, friends, the government, God, and everything else but ourselves. Name it; we’ve been programmed to believe that someone or something out of ourselves is responsible for our failures or adversaries.

This mindset has disempowered us to take control of our lives. We consistently hope that something or someone out of us will come to our rescue. This is not to say that we don’t need our fellow humans for support or survival. The point in emphasis is that we weaken our minds by thinking that someone other than us will liberate our lives.

The important lesson that I’ve learned is that within us are the seeds of our adversaries, challenges, and disappointments, and also the source of all the solutions that we seek for. The challenge is to recognize this truth and work with it to consistently stand above all challenges, take full responsibility of our well-being, and become the authorities of our lives.

The first and most powerful technique that I discovered and use whenever life is kicking me around is to stop and breathe.  Apparently, breathing deeply and focusing on the breath, relaxes one’s mind, and brain; which then helps one to reconnect to the Kingdom of God within him or her where all solutions and ideas dwell.

The dilemma is re-programming your mind to know that you are powerful beyond power, and that the answers that you seek for are within you.

Clearing Your Resistance to Miracles Through EFT!


Is it hard to believe that miracles are unfolding all around us? And that we have access to co-creating our lives and goals with the divine?

Yes, sometimes it is hard! Hey, I know it can be hard for me some days!!
Sometimes life, money and our goals can seem heavy and overwhelming! Do you ever feel like, “it’s all on me to do everything”? This is a great time to tap–as this is a particular vibe that literally blocks miracles from showing up. Whenever we feel weak, it just means that for a while we’ve forgotten about our abilities to co-create with the divine. This also implies that we are disconnected from the infinite magnificence…the kingdom of God that dwells with us. When we tap on these negative feelings, we remove the emotional blockages to our inner confidence; and are then able to tap into divine intelligence for direction, inner drive, and will power.

So let’s do that now; shall we?
Firstly, let’s dive into an exercise to examine where we are in regards to our goals.

Think about this year. Think about your money goals, wealth goals, and/or business goals.

Now, test this phrase by saying it aloud in two ways: “I have to make it happen.”
With all the emphasis on ‘have,’ notice the feeling in that…and how true it feels.
What is the emotion?

Now say the following statement again with the emphasis on ‘make’.
“I have to make it happen.” Notice the feelings in your body when you say it that way.

Now start tapping!

Round 1: We are going to tap on the statement: “I have to make everything happen
on my own (there’s no support!)”

Karate Chop Point:

Even though, the truth is I have to make it happen; it’s all on me. I’ve got to do it,
I accept all of me now.

Even though, I have to make this happen. I feel that pressure, that constriction,
but I can’t just let this go. I accept all of my feelings now.

Even though, the truth is, it’s all me. There’s no one supporting me, no miracles showing up. I have to make this happen. Otherwise I will fail, and that will be all on me. I love and accept myself anyway.

Tapping Through the Points:

Eye brow (EB): It is all on me. It’s always been on me. I can’t just trust. I can’t let go.
Side of the Eye: (SE) That would be slacking off. I have to make this happen. Make it happen with my will, with my own two hands, my blood, sweat and tears.

Under the Eye (UE): It’s exhausting. But I keep doing it. I’ve got to make this happen.
Not a lot of fun in that.
Under the Nose: (UN) A lot of pressure…a lot of desperation. I’m always battling failure–so much at stake.

Chin (C): I can’t just trust in the Universe. That would be crazy

I’ve got to do it. It’s all me.

Collar Bone (CB): I feel isolated. There is no one to help me.

Under the Arm (UA): Why is all this happening to me?

Top of the Head (TH): I don’t think I can ever achieve my goals.

Round 2: We are going to tap on a more positive round with this statement in mind. “I am open to the divine co-creating with me!”

Karate Chop Point: (Tap on this point and repeat the statements below)

Even though, I’ve built a life making stuff happen. And I often say, oh I’ll just do it myself. I usually do it better, and I do it to my standards. I’m open to the idea that there’s a conflict in this for me. Because I’m not very open to help.

Even though, I love getting stuff done. I love making great things happen. I’m open
to the idea, that I could be an amazing achiever, and have an open window to streams of divine
brilliance, divine guidance, inspiration, and even miracles. That makes all my achieving fun.

Even though, I’ve operated this way for a long time; saying, “No thanks, I got it. I’ve got to do it all myself.” I’m now opening a window, and I’m propping it open with a stick, so I
can’t close it easily. This window is open to the divine co-creating with me. I actually don’t need to do everything myself.

The truth is I can’t always see the big picture. And although right now, I’m disconnected from the mind of God. Maybe the Divine is trying to give me more than I’ve even dreamed of.

Tapping Through the Points:

EB: I’ve been doing it this way for a long time.
If I trust and let go, would I judge myself a slacker? Or naïve?
SE: I wonder what would happen, if I open this window and allowed the Divine to stream into my life–bringing me more brilliance, more inspiration, absolute miracles, and co-creating with me.
UE: I wonder how that would feel. I wonder how it would feel in my body, to achieve my goals that way.
UN: This would feel different. …REALLY different.

Chin: I surrender my control. I surrender my old story.
CB: I surrender my doubt in divine power.
UA: I open myself to help.
TH: I open myself to miracles. I open my connection to the divine to co-create with me!

If you can go through this exercise for the next couple of days, I’m certain that you will see some positive results in your life.
