Clearing Your Resistance to Miracles Through EFT!


Is it hard to believe that miracles are unfolding all around us? And that we have access to co-creating our lives and goals with the divine?

Yes, sometimes it is hard! Hey, I know it can be hard for me some days!!
Sometimes life, money and our goals can seem heavy and overwhelming! Do you ever feel like, “it’s all on me to do everything”? This is a great time to tap–as this is a particular vibe that literally blocks miracles from showing up. Whenever we feel weak, it just means that for a while we’ve forgotten about our abilities to co-create with the divine. This also implies that we are disconnected from the infinite magnificence…the kingdom of God that dwells with us. When we tap on these negative feelings, we remove the emotional blockages to our inner confidence; and are then able to tap into divine intelligence for direction, inner drive, and will power.

So let’s do that now; shall we?
Firstly, let’s dive into an exercise to examine where we are in regards to our goals.

Think about this year. Think about your money goals, wealth goals, and/or business goals.

Now, test this phrase by saying it aloud in two ways: “I have to make it happen.”
With all the emphasis on ‘have,’ notice the feeling in that…and how true it feels.
What is the emotion?

Now say the following statement again with the emphasis on ‘make’.
“I have to make it happen.” Notice the feelings in your body when you say it that way.

Now start tapping!

Round 1: We are going to tap on the statement: “I have to make everything happen
on my own (there’s no support!)”

Karate Chop Point:

Even though, the truth is I have to make it happen; it’s all on me. I’ve got to do it,
I accept all of me now.

Even though, I have to make this happen. I feel that pressure, that constriction,
but I can’t just let this go. I accept all of my feelings now.

Even though, the truth is, it’s all me. There’s no one supporting me, no miracles showing up. I have to make this happen. Otherwise I will fail, and that will be all on me. I love and accept myself anyway.

Tapping Through the Points:

Eye brow (EB): It is all on me. It’s always been on me. I can’t just trust. I can’t let go.
Side of the Eye: (SE) That would be slacking off. I have to make this happen. Make it happen with my will, with my own two hands, my blood, sweat and tears.

Under the Eye (UE): It’s exhausting. But I keep doing it. I’ve got to make this happen.
Not a lot of fun in that.
Under the Nose: (UN) A lot of pressure…a lot of desperation. I’m always battling failure–so much at stake.

Chin (C): I can’t just trust in the Universe. That would be crazy

I’ve got to do it. It’s all me.

Collar Bone (CB): I feel isolated. There is no one to help me.

Under the Arm (UA): Why is all this happening to me?

Top of the Head (TH): I don’t think I can ever achieve my goals.

Round 2: We are going to tap on a more positive round with this statement in mind. “I am open to the divine co-creating with me!”

Karate Chop Point: (Tap on this point and repeat the statements below)

Even though, I’ve built a life making stuff happen. And I often say, oh I’ll just do it myself. I usually do it better, and I do it to my standards. I’m open to the idea that there’s a conflict in this for me. Because I’m not very open to help.

Even though, I love getting stuff done. I love making great things happen. I’m open
to the idea, that I could be an amazing achiever, and have an open window to streams of divine
brilliance, divine guidance, inspiration, and even miracles. That makes all my achieving fun.

Even though, I’ve operated this way for a long time; saying, “No thanks, I got it. I’ve got to do it all myself.” I’m now opening a window, and I’m propping it open with a stick, so I
can’t close it easily. This window is open to the divine co-creating with me. I actually don’t need to do everything myself.

The truth is I can’t always see the big picture. And although right now, I’m disconnected from the mind of God. Maybe the Divine is trying to give me more than I’ve even dreamed of.

Tapping Through the Points:

EB: I’ve been doing it this way for a long time.
If I trust and let go, would I judge myself a slacker? Or naïve?
SE: I wonder what would happen, if I open this window and allowed the Divine to stream into my life–bringing me more brilliance, more inspiration, absolute miracles, and co-creating with me.
UE: I wonder how that would feel. I wonder how it would feel in my body, to achieve my goals that way.
UN: This would feel different. …REALLY different.

Chin: I surrender my control. I surrender my old story.
CB: I surrender my doubt in divine power.
UA: I open myself to help.
TH: I open myself to miracles. I open my connection to the divine to co-create with me!

If you can go through this exercise for the next couple of days, I’m certain that you will see some positive results in your life.

Take the time to identify and build relationships with key peers, mentors, and advisers. This inner network provides support, direction, and an increased number of people to assist. Remember that networking is a numbers game. The more influencers you have in your team, the more opportunities you have to succeed in your business.

Habit 2. Commit to the Customer:

Business success requires an unwavering commitment to the customer. This commitment encompasses a mindset of understanding the customers’ world. Understanding the customers’ wants and needs provides the business with a greater opportunity to earn a loyal customer base. It is important to focus more on what you can do to improve the life of your customers. This is what brings in profits.

Habit 3. Honest Business, and Personal Evaluation:

Business success requires the ability to know your strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Being open and honest about yourself and your business creates growth as an individual and as a company. Gossip:  An Excerpt from the self-help book- Do Not Force It, Tap The Good.


        “In a 2008 movie titled “Doubt,” Philip Seymour Hoffman, cast as Father Brendan Flynn, gave what I consider a perfect sermon about gossip, in one of the scenes.  He told his congregation a story about a woman who went for repentance to her local priest.  The sin she was confessing was gossip.  The priest advised her to say a couple of prayers and suggested that she tears and opens one of her pillows and dispose the feathers from her bedroom window, which was located in a flat on the tenth floor of a big apartment building.  When she followed-up with the priest the next day, he asked her what had happened when she tore up the pillow.  She explained that the wind had blown away all the feathers in different directions. She then asked the priest if her sin had been forgiven. “Go and collect all the feathers and pack them back into your pillow case,” responded the priest.  ”But father,” she cried, “they were blown-off to different directions and I cannot find them all.”  The priest replied, “That my friend, is gossip.” 

       This story explains the nature and effects of gossip.  It goes far off to places where the original gossiper does not have access to.  If one analyzes the feather concept, he/she will concur with me that the original color, weight, and shape of the feather is 99% altered after being blown away by the wind from one place to another.  Gossip is similar.  Once news leaves its original source, by the time it gets to the 10th person, the content and hence predetermined objective of the message is altered.   Considering the fact that each one of us is unique, understands, and interprets information differently, one can never be certain about the honesty in a message unless of course it is being received directly from its original source. 

      Therefore, what makes us so convinced that the gossip we receive is based on facts? In most cases, when we receive the gossip we get so overwhelmed with the content and often forget to inquire about the information path.  How many people have been involved in the information process from its original source to the point of your involvement?  Is the source of the gossip reliable, or is it someone else’s truth, based on personal perceptions, experiences, mindset, and/or subconscious programming?  Categorically, there are so many obstacles that come up between the encoding and decoding process of every information transference process.  The list of obstacles is inexhaustible. Why then react impulsively to information, especially if the instant decoding presents negative concepts?  Certainly, there can be positive aspects of gossiping; however, just by the mere fact that it is gossip implies that it is either premature information still in the processing or it wasn’t meant for everyone to know. 

      What’s more, gossip has been known to be the cause of the downfall of many kingdoms, friendships, families, and companies.  Moreover, it has a great impact on influencing perceptions and hence the decision-making process.”

Three Steps to Ignite Your Inner Drive:


Organization mishap

Often, we are faced with the challenge of tapping into our inner drive to take action. These are times when we feel like working on our goals is wastage of time especially when the results we’ve anticipated for our projects are not yet in sight. However, take note that inner drive is not contingent on our external circumstances. It’s our negative thought associations that corrupt our decision making inner portals.

When I recently researched on what successful people do to ignite their inner drives, the following three steps stood out for me.

1. CLARITY

When we are clear about what we want, and have the desire to embark on achieving our desires, we automatically tap into our inner drives: because then, nothing presents reasons strong enough to distract our determined minds. The idea is to get very clear about what you want to achieve; the emotional benefits; the people you need to help you, or work with to achieve your goals, and the positive changes that your achievement will introduce to your life.

 2. OPPORTUNITY COST.

Opportunity cost is the loss of the potential gain from other alternatives when one alternative is chosen. In regards to inner drive, this simply means that when we realize that not taking action costs more than the contrary, we tap into our inner drive to move things. In any case, before we take any action, we have to evaluate if taking action will add value to our businesses and/or life.

3. ORGANIZATION

Being organized simplifies our action-taking process. When we un-clutter our lives, offices and minds in general, and develop simple but organized systems to support our projects, taking action becomes easy. Organization can be as simple as developing daily plans; to-do lists, getting focused, and developing a positive attitude.

Three Steps to High Productivity on Lousy Days:

If you are a business owner just as I am, you’ve experienced days when you feel like the night was so short. Yet, the guilt to pull those bed-covers closer bombards you like a cold blanket over your head. What do you do?

Below are the steps I take to help me get going on especially lousy days.

1. I breathe deeply before I leave my bed: kind of a meditation. I believe in strength, drive and enthusiasm, and breathe out lousiness and procrastination. I go through this exercise for about 10 minutes.

2. I jump out of bed; do a 10 minutes yoga session – still breathing deeply. I also lift 5 pound weights for another 5 minutes. I take a lurk-warm water shower, (lurk-warm or cold water wakes up the body) drink a big glass of water, take a good protein breakfast and proceed to my home office.

3. I make a to-do list for the day, putting the difficult takes first, and then get started.
In a nut-shell; the steps are: 1. Deep breathing. 2. Exercising, stretching and a protein powered breakfast.
3. Making a to-do list and getting started without getting distracted. Please note that I didn’t include face-booking or emailing. Those are things I do later in the day after decreasing the tasks on my to-do list.
