2. Say goodbye to the energy vampires in your life. (The negative souls who steal your enthusiasm). Clean your environment. Weed out people who are negative and those who don’t support or understand your dreams.
3. Start your day at 5.00 am. Win the battle of the bed. Put mind over mattress. This habit alone will strengthen your willpower. By getting up early, I have been able to get a lot done in a few hours, and then take time out to do other things that nourish my wellbeing.
