I am Quitting my Job: Weekly iV of Inspiration

It is time to quit

Why would I quit my job? You might wonder. Now, the job I am quitting immediately is judging people. It has cost me so much more than what I have put in. And I am sure you can relate.

Let me explain

Judging, begins by observing the subject, relating to it by drawing information from your subconscious mind that recognizes the subject. Next, you have to perceive, define and then conclude on the subject. And the conclusion is what we normally refer to as judging.

What a waste of mental and emotional resources to come up with a judgement about someone! Although the process is normally done in a matter of seconds or minutes, it is still a hell of a long process. And most importantly, you can never be certain about the content of a book by just looking at its cover.

When we judge other people or make conclusions about their behavior, we consider the behavior as the only subject to perceive. However, behavior is a projection of a lot more complex information in the person than the behavior itself, Behavior is just an output. There is more to it, than it is. There is more to the person than their behavior. And there is more about that person than who they think they are. That is why I have come to a conclusion that judging others is delusional especially because you are making conclusions based on very limited information about the subject.

So, what is the option to judging?

Well, people will reveal what is inside their minds through their behavior. However, let’s consider a few other details before we accept this suggestion as the truth.

Now, let’s imagine you go to the market to buy bananas. You will only buy the bananas that you like, right? You won’t go around the banana stall judging each of the banana batches. You might look around, pick up a few batches until you find the one you like. But your evaluations will not stick in your mind. You won’t drive home thinking about how horrible the other banana batches were. For the most part, you won’t even think about the bananas you bought. Likewise, you can relate to someone, and if their behavior triggers a negative emotion, memory or feeling within you, observe how you got to that mental/emotional state. Is this person’s behavior repetitive? Are you just having a bad day and this person just happened to be in your presence at the wrong time? As a side note, remember when someone insults you, it is just a projection of their misery. And if you get insulted, it is a projection of your insecurities.

When someone insults you, it is just a projection of their misery. And if you get insulted, it is a projection of your insecurities.” ~ Dr Jacinta Mpalyenkana-Murray

Whatever your reasons are, avoid jumping to conclusions about the person. Perceive and conclude on the behavior, and then act accordingly, but not on the person. Trust me, that will save you a lot of emotional turmoil. Remember it is easier to deal with actions than with people. If you just judge their behavior as action, all you have to do is examine how it made you feel, release the feelings and let it remain in the past where it belongs. Move on.

That’s the job I am quitting. I am done working as a self-employed, underpaid and quack judge, lol. I am not good at it. It is so tiring to judge people based on their behavior. People are more than their behavior. People are always changing. My judgements are neither the entire truth, nor current. Besides, it is just too much emotional work. I have decided to focus on my business, which is me, how I feel and my mindset.

Is Suffering a Choice?

Suffering is an inner game we create by our power of choice.” Dr. Jacent M Mpalyenkana, PhD, MBA.

Yes, yes, I know. It doesn’t sound fair, does it? I understand because I have gone through it all. And occasionally I choose to suffer. Because I believe the lie that suffering as an emotion is stronger than me. But then I remember what one of my many mentors told me: “Emotions are not facts.” They are psychological energetic manifestations that we create for different reasons.

The point is, we mistake hurt for suffering. You could be physically, mentally, or emotionally hurt. But suffering is an extension of the hurt in whichever ways the later manifests. Suffering is also perception. You conceive a situation, define it and then perceive it according to your programming. This also implies that you use your power of choice to choose how to perceive the situation. And you can perceive the same situation differently if you re-choose.

I have been in relationships with people who were very abusive: mentally, racially, emotionally and even physically. The more I related with these people, the more I got hurt. And the more I got hurt, the more I concluded that I was suffering. No one said that when you get hurt, you also must suffer. It was my personal inner game. I choose to expand on the hurt and define it as suffering.

I also know people who are addicted to suffering. They position themselves in situations that promote immerse emotional pain, which the egoistical mind uses to convince them that they are indeed suffering. These people seem to enjoy complaining about what is wrong more than taking the required actions to change their situations.

To be fair, let’s consider people who might experience unfavorable conditions, such as diseases that render them bedridden, those in prison, death of the loved ones, etc. Even then, the human soul has what it takes to isolate itself from the egoistical mind’s cruel manifestations, and focus on the positive. We see this at work in people such as Nelson Mandela, who was imprisoned for 27 years but forgave his oppressors and chose peace over righteousness, or Steve Wander, who didn’t let his blindness shadow his musical gifts. The list is endless. These people have the same blood as we do. They breathe the same oxygen as we do, and live on the same planet as we do. The only difference between us and them is how they use their power of choice.

It doesn’t matter what you are experiencing today, know that there is a part of you that is unchangeable and uncorruptible by anything in your external and inner worlds. Regardless of how emotionally or physically painful your situation might be, you can choose not to suffer. You can be still and know that everything changes except the invisible part of you that dwells in your body: the very spirit of God, which is the only presence and everlasting truth..which is also the real you. This calls for us to discover who we truly are. Because when we know that we are not our bodies or identities, then we stop believing the constraining suggestions of the egoistical mind.

In my book, The Sanity Warrior: Becoming the Authority of Your Experiences, you will certainly be inspired. That is a given.

Where is Your Faith Rooted?

“Faith in anything external to you will always be wasted.”

~ Dr. Jacent M M M

Who would have thought that having faith in things, people or passions would be a total waste! The way we think doesn’t matter, universal law is always supreme.

At one point in my life, I had so much faith in people, relationships and friendships. Little did I know that I was investing my faith in something as changeful as time. Firstly, my faith was conditional; it depended on the statuses of these arrangements. I didn’t know then that what is truly real, doesn’t change. I also had faith in my education, experiences, skills, and ideas. However, as time went by I realized that my education by itself did nothing for me regardless of how much faith I had in it. The faith had to be rooted in me. I had to know without a reasonable doubt that I would succeed using the education I acquired. I had to snap out of the idea that having faith in my education would harvest my success.

Having faith in your skills, is giving your skills your power to determine your success. But having faith that you will use your skills to succeed, is a more sustainable option.

The point is, the only faith that is useful is the faith you have in yourself. And I am not referring to things you own such as your identity, tribe, social status or the like. I am referring to your “Self”, the one looking behind those beautiful eyes of yours. Note that you have to have faith first before you can give it to anything. You have to have faith in your divine self, in divine wisdom within you, and most importantly, in God within you. Considering that God is the only permanence, having faith in Him is a certain ticket to open the doors of success for you. And I am not referring to the God as preached in many religions: I am referring to God in you, God as you, your I am-ness. Remember, I am, is the name of God, and it is your name, as well. Know that you are a god to your soul. You are a god to your identity, and faith should be rooted in YOU.

Day 6 – Denounce all Negative Programming Using Mirror Work | tapthegood.com

When we dwell on negative thinkingfor extended periods of time, and/or hold onto our negative memories we create habits of not only defining and perceiving our current experiences as negative, but also forecasting the future as such. What we consistently expose our senses to, also creates our programming.

Therefore, if you are consistently watching negative movies, or relating to people with negative behaviors your brain will employ mirror neurons to create a programming consistent with your consumption habits. Most importantly, we subconsciously create programs to reflect these negatives.

Note that subconscious programming is the foundation for our experiences and behavior. If the programming is negative, our behavior and experiences will mirror this negative.

Use this video to denounce the negative programming and its negative manifestations in your life.

Are You Experiencing Havoc in Your Relationships? Advanced Hooponopono With Mother Mary to Heal Relationships:

unspecified-3

All, if not most of the problems we experience are related to the relationships we have with other people.

Whenever we are experiencing conflict in our relationships, there’s always something within us that relates to this conflict. We are partly responsible for the conflict. We have knowingly or unknowingly recruited information or data into our inner child/subconscious mind, upon which this conflict is manifested in our relationships.

conflict

The point is, we only experience who we are. We see what we are. Our individualistic outer worlds mirror our inner worlds. When we recognize something in the outer world, we know it. We can never recognize, relate to or perceive what we don’t know. And knowing means that there’s information or data within us that relates to what we know. That’s why we see it. At some level, we accepted it to be part of our experiences.

ithinIn summary, we  don’t see the world as it is, we see the world as we are.

Therefore, when we are experiencing conflict in our relationships, one of the easiest ways to resolve this conflict is to work with our inner child to release the grip on whatever information or data we logged into its dwellings—upon which this conflict is created.

In this Advanced Ho’oponopono Session, I take you through a process that will help you heal your relationships.

Ps. I will go through the same process for the next 9 days because I also have some relationships to heal. Please join me.

In the interim, I’m sending you abundant love from my heart to yours.

How to Release Fear Energy with Ho’oponopono

FearMy biggest fear is heights. And this is because of a childhood memory when I was 8 years old and a neighbor’s kid fell to her death from the 5th floor of an apartment building. This memory has never left me. So, activities such as getting on a roller-coaster, Jambo jumping and the like, trigger a lot of fear in me. However, this fear restricts me from experiencing the thrill involved in activities that involve heights.

We all have fears and some of these fears retard our progress. Although certain fear is needed to alert us of any possible dangers, there is fear that is not necessary or productive.

The questions are;

1. What are your fears?
2. How are these fears serving you, if at all?
3. When will you let them go?
4. What would it take to let them go?

Fear release

In this advanced Ho’oponopono session I deal with releasing the energy of fear from one’s system.

All you have to do is listen and let the four magical Ho’oponopono statements being recited dissolve your grip on fear.

Is Your Job Progressing, or Retarding You?

Screen-Shot-2013-11-08-at-1.10.37-PM

In school, for the most part we are programmed to believe that the only way to make it in life is to work for others. And although there’s nothing wrong with being employed, the danger is when we either don’t earn what we deserve or don’t ask for what we deserve because we don’t feel worthy.

In this short video, I share a few insights to inspire you to recognize your worth and then act accordingly.

What to do When You Feel Uninspired

inspire

How often do you feel uninspired?

What do you do when you keep procrastinating just because you don’t feel the urge to get started on a particular project?

What can you do to inspire yourself?

There are times when I have had projects to pursue: times when I know exactly what to do, how to do it, plus have the resources needed to get started. But for some reason, I couldn’t get started because I felt so uninspired.

Most times it is because my mind is stuck on what things are supposed to be, or shouldn’t be. Other times, I’m thinking about what’s wrong and how wrong it could get. And that’s how the matrix holds each of us captive. We find ourselves knowing what to do and not doing it. It is like you are aware that fire burns but you keep playing with it. You are aware that when you don’t take action nothing will be accomplished, but you don’t take action. What kind of BS is that? lol.

The underlying reason is because we are afraid. Note that we are either hosts of progress or hostages of fear. If your fear doesn’t drive you, you are its hostage.

One of the ways to snap out of this mind block is to inspire ourselves. However, how do you inspire yourself when you don’t want to do anything? Apparently, you’ve consciously and/or subconsciously driven yourself into this emotional/mental mess. This also implies that if you feel lethargic, and you have lost the grip on how to get out. Yet, it is still up to you to get your stressed-behind out of this mess.  What do you do?

Here are a few steps to get you started on inspiring yourself.

  1. Know that it is your responsibility to feel good and inspired. Remove the blame from anything or anyone out of yourself. Get a grip of your mind and make it your hostage. Direct your mind to do what you want instead of the other way round. Talk yourself into taking full responsibility of your emotions.
  2. Remember, or find your why. Go back to the drawing board of why you want to accomplish that goal. For instance, during days when I don’t feel like writing or making videos to inspire my audience, I remember why–which is my life purpose. I know that when I inspire others through the different ways I do, this is the time I feel alive the most. Therefore, find your why.
  3. Meditate. Yes, meditate. Some people think that meditation is for monks. But I attest to the power of meditation. Meditation has helped me overcome some of the ugliest situations in my life. Meditation has rewarded me with a lot of clarity, enthusiasm and unconditional inner peace. It’s mainly through meditation that I get the ideas I write, and record about. The benefits of meditation are inexhaustible. To get started, you can check out my simple morning meditations on gratitude and divine love. The links are: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgMpYijDTjU  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yk7JhGZOZvU I also suggest that you start your day off with meditating. It makes all the positive difference.

  4. Exercise: Once you change your physiology, your mood will change. Stand up, stretch, stand in your power pause, go for a walk, do yoga or whatever you can to get moving. This will amplify the production of your happy hormones and then get you inspired to take action.
  5. Listen to affirmations. Here are a few I’ve recorded. Links: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cHyp6f8_jp4   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SXf_l7hpFqw
  6. Listen to your favorite music.
  7. Listen to inspirational messages. Some of these messages can be accessed by clicking on these links:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0dl-rhzBgOY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flCW8oaRQYM
  8. Read a good book. You can read, Do Not Force it, Tap The Good — guaranteed to inspire you. Link to the book – https://www.amazon.com/Do-not-Force-TAP-GOOD/dp/1461079098

Tap The Good

8. Hire the services of a transformational coach or counselor. I offer 30 minutes complimentary sessions and these can be enough to facilitate your self-inspirational goals. To request for your free session, check out www.tapthegood.com/contact/

I’m certain that there are hundreds of other ways that you can employ to get you inspired. But the ones I have provided above, will create a strong foundation for you to get started on inspiring yourself.
