Are you FREE??? – Introducing the 14 Days Love Liberation Boot Camp at 50% for a limited time only:

“Are you free?” is a mind-blogging question that my grandmother often asked me in my teenage years. Then, I always looked at her like she was crazy, because I had long before concluded that she was a strange one. My grandmother, who unfortunately passed away on December 27, 2011, (seems like yesterday), was a Spiritual Healer, Spiritual Chiropractor, and an incredible Master Herbalist-with a gift that was passed down from a long, and profound family lineage.

Before she passed away, I got a chance to ask her about the implications of this question. She explained that freedom is the ability to see, feel, sense, touch, think, intuit, sleep, and make decisions based on one’s core being. She further narrated that as soon as you are born into this world, you are automatically branded and programmed by your immediate loved ones, society and the environment. From that moment forth, you see the world, not based on your experiences and convictions, but on people who teach you their own way of living. Although this changes as you grow older, and not all these programs limit your evolution, there is a big part of you that gets jailed up by representations and convictions that are not your own. So-when you find yourself blocked and stuck as an adult; you have to go back to your roots, get in contact with your spirit, unconscious mind and ask them what doesn’t belong to you; what could be limiting your evolution; and how you can liberate yourself in order to experience a more fulfilling life.

Based on this knowledge, my own research, experience as a spiritual healer, qualifications are an Advanced Emotional Freedom Technician, Neuro-linguistic Programmer, and Ho’oponopono-ist, I recently complied and recorded a revolutionary healing program titled – The 14 Days Love liberation Book Camp, that tackles all energetic, mental, psychological, emotional and spiritual parts of one, in order to identify any blockages that could be affecting their free, and full evolution.

This program – The 14 Days Love Liberation Boot Camp, will heal one from the cellular level, cleanse the soul and spirit, reprogram the subconscious mind, clean and tune up the chakras, deal with childhood memories, daddy issues, karmic codes, fear-to mention but a few.

Until June 6, 2013, the program will be discounted at 50%, offering it an incredible amount of just of $29.99.

Remember; Information is nothing until employed and enthusiastically infused into one’s being.  Go get your copy today from www.tapthegood.com.

STOP RESISTING IT; REST!

Image

As justified by spiritual law, whatever we resist persists. It is hence worth noting that resisting in itself is energy; since it involves emotions, intentions and attitudes. Furthermore, metaphysically all sorts of feelings are energetic. By resisting something, we are investing energy in whatever is being resisted; and then guess what? The resistance feeds on the underlying feeling, and then continues to elevate the resisted condition. Energy feeds on energy; once it is fed with attention and intention, it is grows and expands.

In the usual way of living, this implies that once one worries about things, he/she just amplifies them. Moreover, worrying is like sitting in a rocking chair. Although one seems to be doing something, he/she is basically not going anywhere.

The viable formula is stop resisting whatever we don’t want, and then rest assured that as long as we are still alive, solutions will come up somewhere, somehow. I envisage that this attitude could be hard to exercise especially if whatever you are going through is beyond your comprehension. Nonetheless, the point in emphasis is to remember that worrying won’t improve, or solve the situation.

Therefore, “resting” in this sense means taking your mind off the challenge, focusing on the positives in your life, and then doing little things to elevate your spirit. Once you divert your attention to loving yourself, the challenge starts taking care of itself. Considering the fact that when denied the resistance-attention, the problem/challenge tends to dissolve given that it doesn’t have your energy to feed on anymore. And this doesn’t mean that you don’t take care of your challenges. It simply suggests that you invest in a positive attitude and/or feeling towards the problem, rather than dwelling on the negatives.

Learn how to surrender completely. Don’t tell me that it is too hard to do. Remember, as long as you have a mind, there is nothing you can’t do. Everything is about focus, determination and persistence. The intention to religiously focus on the preceding attitudes is what will produce results. Resistance is wastage of energy; which energy can be diverted to being grateful. Life in itself is a gift; a miracle that we should all be thankful for every day.

Begin the day by saying “thank you” for all the things you have in your life however insignificant they are.

How to get rid of negativity.

Image

After confirming that you have negative energy impacting your life, it is important to rectify its source. Once the source is established, then it is easier to disconnect yourself from its influences.

Negativity being such a huge field with different origins, it impacts our lives differently. Note that if this negativity is rooted in a simple situation of wrongful thinking or consistent worry, it is easier to deal with.  However if it is originating from external forces, fields, beings or energies, then it takes more vigor and skill to get rid of.  External sources could be those fed by evil people who either send out negative thoughts, or actually make an effort to practice witchcraft. This is when things get a bit complicated.

In this article, I will tackle the issue of dealing with negative energy that originates from oneself through activities, such as wrongful thinking, worry, doubt, deceit, laziness and anything else that is self created.

To completely eradicate this kind of energy, one still has to find its causes.

The first step is to ask yourself what ignites your wrongful thinking, worry, doubt, fear and whatever else is negative. Remember that being honest with yourself is vital to your healing. Also, considering the fact that the mind enjoys and tends to hold onto pity, worry and any other negative feelings it has been entertained with for a while, one should take time to really dig deep and establish the core of the problem. It might take time to get to the root of things; however repetition creates expertise when embraced with focus.

Once the cause or source of one’s negativity is established, then he/she has to ascertain why he/she keeps dwelling on it. For example; I was once racially harassed at a job, and because I didn’t deal with its impact at the emotional level, I went around thinking that everyone of a different race from mine was harassing me. Even when they were nice and friendly, a voice in my head kept screaming, “pretenders.”  Due to this belief, I lost a lot of friends because I always expected the worst. I thought everyone I met had an intention to harass or discriminate me in some way. This kept me worried all the time.  Then, I hated meeting new people for the fear of being exposed to discrimination.  I underestimated the impact of my previous experience and what it did to my mind. Apparently, evidently, I let my past experience build a firm belief in my mind that kept me negative and resentful.  It is only when I sort spiritual counseling that the healer dealt with my beliefs and helped me get rid of them.

If you are in a similar situation, these are some of the steps you can take to rid yourself off the negativity.

–          After establishing the cause of this negativity, go within and forgive yourself. Tell yourself several times that “I forgive and love myself unconditionally.” You could do this every morning or night while taking a shower or whenever you get a moment alone during day. It is advisable to exercise this for a minimum of nine days.

–          Get time alone, no cell phones, no television, and no interruptions. Get a piece of pen and paper and write a letter to the person or situation that created that negative belief. Remember that this letter shouldn’t be sent. Rather, use it to download every negative memory in your mind. It is okay to feel emotional as you write the letter.  The point is to write everything you want to tell this person or situation without holding anything back. After writing the letter, put it aside for a maximum of 4 hours; read it again and then burn it. As you do this, talk to the situation or person as if they are sitting on the top of the letter“I have removed you from my conscious and subconscious mind, and now I am burning you out my life. You are smoke and ashes and no more in my life, tell it.  You may wanna do this for a couple of days until you have nothing more to write about regarding the situation.

–          The next step is to light up a couple of white candles (number of candles doesn’t matter), sit in front of them for a few minutes and visualize a white light surrounding you and cleansing all your energies, mind, spirit and body.  Leave the candles to burn out and before you go to bed that night, say “thank you” to yourself.

In the next article I will continue with more suggestions about how to block oneself from negative energy.

Do Not Underestimate Negativity:

Negativity in its true form is energy; a strong energy that holds its space firm, and consistently as long as positivity doesn’t come in to dissipate it. Furthermore, energy is never lost; which also implies that negativity moves freely and joyously in our conscious and subconscious selves preparing to create our future.  It takes on different forms to manifest in our experiences.  It is indeed a critical energetic field that should never be ignored.

Some of the outcomes of negativity include but are not limited to; dis-ease, lack and limitation, loneliness, lack of clarity and self hatred.

One thing that we all need to comprehend is that negativity doesn’t just develop unfavorable experiences by mistake, or on its own. The host normally engages in mental and/or physical activities that slowly but surely transform into sources of future encounters. The sad thing however, is that once this negativity is well nurtured and/or fed, it will continue blocking, disorganizing, reversing and limiting one who has allowed it to build a house in his/her conscious and/or subconscious.  It is a like being in form of a devil or sneaky enemy that keeps a close eye on all one is planning to do. It tends to have invisible, but significant swords, guns and machetes, I tell you. Because, just as one tries to stabilize or settle down in whatever pursuit he/she has sweated for, “Mr. Negativity” comes along and cuts off the roots of the positive experience’s full manifestation. It might come in form of a fearful thought, doubt or procrastination. Whatever way negativity crops in, it will use its full force to hold one back.

For instance, one may be driving for an interview and then gets a flat tire; or he/she could be rushing for that golden opportunity that he/she has been waiting for, for what seems like a century.  However as he/she pulls into the main street from his/her house to his/her destination, the car’s battery runs out, just to get stuck in the middle of the road. Moreover, a trend of similar circumstances has been bombarding his/her experiences, which has left him/her despondent and angry.

If you are reading this article and you happen to be in your thirties and above, but still hasn’t figured out your life purpose, then it is time to do a reality check. You have probably tried out so many things but everything has failed. “Why was I born?” you may have asked this question over and over again. My question is; what measures have you taken to get rid of this negativity?

Look out for my next week’s article for some of the tools you could use to unhook yourself from NEGATIVITY, and begin living the life you are met to live.
