The Rudest Question ever Asked:

Out of every 10 people I meet, at least 2 ask me about my age

Psychologically, asking someone about their age is one of the rudest questions that you can ever ask anyone. It implicates a demeanor of judging others. Asking others for their age especially when you can’t explain why you wonna know simply illustrates a judgmental or stereotyping attitude. Most people ask for age to compare with what they already know about an age group. This limits one from capturing the moment, and embracing another just as they are. Trust me; you don’t need to know someone’s age to love them, relate to them, or understand them. All you need is an open mind.

A few suggestions of better questions one can ask are as follows:

  1. What do you do for fun?
  2. What makes your day a good one?
  3. Do like outdoors?
  4. Do you enjoy comedy?

These are but some of the decent questions that you ask another to know more about them.

You are more than Human: YOU ARE DIVINE


I have been taught that to be spiritual, I have to transcend the human experience.

 The intention of my teachers was to get me to get rid of my human part in order to become divine and nothing else.  Little did I know that there is no divine without the human; the two are actually one. It is just two different ways of seeing the very same substance.

Apparently, the divine is the essential, the fundamental, the un-manifest. The human is simply the divine when it appears as a form.The human is what the invisible divine looks like in a form. Therefore, we are not just human; we are also divine.

 The problem is that, with all the layers and beliefs that envelop us humans through our experiences, we are blocked from our connection to our divine-selves. The way to release the clutter, let go of the unwanted, dissolve the lies, is to take full responsibility of our liberation, and take back our power.

The Impact of Perception:


The way one perceives a situation has direct impact on future experiences. Our interpretation of our experiences is a mapping of the beliefs that we profoundly established at some point in the past.

A very common perception among “unconscious creators” is that you perceive things the way you do because that is the way things are. Why would I refer to this as a “perceived truth” and not “Higher Truth?” Because the “Higher Truth” is that things are the way they are because of how you “perceive” them to be.

Therefore, in reality, perception is merely an individualized awareness based on a belief that you have established. If the belief is flawed or self-limiting, the perception that you hold with regard to the belief held will be flawed and self-limiting as well. And the results that you experience will correlate precisely with what you “perceive” to be true.

The power of perception will attempt to show you in the simplest and easiest way to understand how important it is to see all that you encounter and experience in your life, regardless of how it may appear at the time.  Life unfolds precisely as you “perceive” that it will, and serves as a means of growth which is designed to enable you to fully-experience it based on the most precious gift that you could have ever been given…your inalienable right of free will.

Unfortunately, many times perceptions can lead to unpleasant or uncomfortable experiences.  Yet still, during these times it is important for us to perceive the discomfort as an obliteration of the current situation, in order to give way for something new and probably better. There is always a lesson to be learned, something to be discovered and maybe bring us back to the path of truth, real truth – the reality to be precise.

In reality, there exists no such thing as an “untruth.” However, there does exist lower truths and higher truths; and your choice of which of these you choose to utilize does make it the truth which unfolds in your life, just as you believe it will.

Quick question: What do you perceive as something that is holding you back? How much mental and emotional power are you giving it?? Please contemplate on this question for the rest of the week.

You Are Enough

Society has instilled a rather opaque paradigm about our dependence on external forces, or a being somewhere out there in the heavens to come to our rescue. Recent metaphysical studies continue to stress that we are connected to all of life, with all of life, and by all of life. Although a bit too much to comprehend for an everyday individual brought up in a “serious” religious environment, it is still worth contemplation. Besides, the same religious teachings indicate that the kingdom of God dwells within each of us.

That said, it is imperative to have an open mind in order to evolve in this dynamically changing world. A stuck-up mindset is what eludes us from adapting to, and appreciating change as an important and required component of evolution.

Moreover, ideally it’s still up to us to pray—if you may; think, and think well, raise our vibrations, make decisions and take action. Just by accepting the fact that you are enough, enough in terms of you having all you need to succeed in life, even if temporarily, empowers and inspires you to take 100% responsibility of your life. This awareness prevents one from thinking that something out of themselves is going to pop out of the sky to their rescue.

Time to Forgive: Tip 3 in Preparation of the first Annual Global Worry-Free Day: March 1st, 2014: 7.00AM – 7.00PM

I hope you are witnessing some positive changes especially if you went through the first two tips I posted on this blog.

Today is forgiveness day. You see, it is impossible not to worry if you have anger or resentment towards yourself or others.  Forgiveness is freedom. Forgiveness is healing. Forgiveness of oneself and others achieves emotional ecstasy. So, today I’m going to share a simple but powerful forgiveness process that will get your emotions high-rocketing with joy and bliss.

Let’s go for it:

Step 1: List all the people who hurt or made you angry. Go back to your childhood, teenage life, adulthood. Take your time. This should take you at least 10 minutes. Don’t rush through it. Exhaust your mind.

 Step 2: Go back to the list you made in step 1 and note down how this person/people made you feel. You can simply just write down the emotions without telling the entire story.

Step 3:  Ignore the people who hurt you in this step and just take note of the attached emotions.  You may wanna read the instructions below before you go through the exercise.

–          Close your eyes, and imagine a white board in front of you.

–          In your mind’s eye, start writing down all the emotions on the white board.

–          When you are done, start saying the following Ho’oponopono cleansing statements: I’m sorry, please forgive me; Thank you; I love you.

–          Continue saying the statements as you erase all the words representing your emotions from the white board.

–          Erase the white board clean as you continue saying the four statements.

–          When you are done, take a deep breath and open your eyes.

–          You can do this exercise as many times as you can until you feel a sense of relief. Remember it is not about the people who hurt you or what they did. It is the way you feel about them. So, focus on those emotions.

Tip 2: for the Preparation of March 1st: – The Global Worry-Free Day:


ImagePlease refer to the list you made yesterday of the things that worry you.

For each of the things that worry you, and their reasons, ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Is this true?  Be honest with yourself. Answers such as “but”, “maybe” or “however”, aren’t valid to this question. The only valid answers are, “yes” or “no.” If your answer is “yes”, justify it by giving reasons. If your answer to this question is “no”, then move to question 3.
  2. Is this really the truth? Remember you cannot base on your past or other people’s stories to determine whether whatever you are worrying about is true or false.  For instance; if you are worried about a bill because you don’t know how you are going to pay for it; or don’t think you will get the money to pay for it, not knowing and/or uncertainty does not imply that this is the “truth”. It simply means that you don’t know, or you are not sure how things are going to materialize. The future is uncertain. The past doesn’t mean the future. So, the only truth we know is what is happening now. There is a bill to pay means just that. Everything else you come up with to validate your worry is a story, belief or memory-based.
  3. What feelings come up if whatever you are worrying about could be true? Write these down.  Do you realize that before you read this question, you were not in touch with those feelings? This implies that there is a part of you that is free from this worry and the related emotions.
  4. How would you feel if whatever you are worrying about wasn’t the truth? Write these down. As you answer this question you will realize how easy it is to shift from negative emotions to positive ones.
  5. Spend the rest of the day focusing on the emotions that you would have if whatever you are worried about wasn’t the truth. By doing this, you will be exercising your mind to focus on the good rather than the negative.

The Power of Chakras:


The Chakras as depicted as wheels of energy; which is a symbolic representation of our consciousness. It’s like the statue of justice: the blindfolded lady holding the balances. They actually can’t be seen (except for 1 of them), and are represented as cute swirling vortexes of light.

So what they look like isn’t important. What they do, though, is!

Think of them as DVDs that record and play back every significant event in your life; or as DVD players that can get stuck. And this happens through our Views, Assumptions and Vows

Views are the way we see the world. It is the picture we hold of what reality is like; benevolent or cruel, prosperous or scarce. It is caused by our real experiences, and not imagined.

Assumptions are all the various programmed behaviors that result from our experiences of Views.

Vows are assumptions that have an act of will behind them. Rather than “I can’t do that” it becomes “I won’t do that”. They are the most influential of all the dysfunctional energies; and as a result they determine what we attract, the way we feel and what we perceive our world to be.

Now, how do we clear these blockages from the chakras?

Are you at the verge of giving up?


Are you at the verge of giving up?

Do you feel like everything is crashing down on you?

Have you tried everything in the books and nothing is working?

Are you experiencing the opposite of what you want?

Are you dead broke—worried to death about how you will pay current and past bills?

Are you lonely?

Difficult as it might seem, this is the best time to let things be. This is the best time to surrender. This is the best time to tell the universe, or God or whoever you believe in, that you trust it; that you have faith in it; that you are confident about whatever it is doing. Clearly, everything you are doing, thinking and manifesting is in conflict with your desires. Worrying just invests in a negative vibration and makes things worse. So, LET GO. Stop and remain still. If you are moving in a particular direction and seem to be hitting block after another, it is evident that you are moving towards the wrong direction. So if you don’t know what to do, why not stop doing anything for some time in order to give room for new ideas to reveal themselves? If you are in such a conflicted negative noisy world, how will you hear what the universe / God/ or whoever you consider to be your higher power—is telling you?
Remember; even if at times nothing seems to be happening, something always is. Not all that is happening is visible. The source of all creation lies in the invisible world. So this might be a time when the universe is creating a new world for you. This might be the time when you are removing all old layers to reveal the new you. And although it might feel painful, consider caterpillars and what they go through to become butterflies. For sure if insects can do it, you can do it.
What has worked for me is a simple breathing exercise.

1. Sit still for as long as you can. Make sure that your arms and legs are uncrossed.
2. Start breathing deeply.
3. Imagine that you are breathing in relaxation, and breathing out stress, worry and anxiety. Do this for about 10 minutes.
4. Imagine that you are breathing in pure positive energy, and breathing out the negative. Do this for about 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Breathe in Love and light, and breathe out all that isn’t love and light. Do this for about 5 to 10 minutes.
6. Breathe in faith, and then breathe out resistance. Do this for about 5 to 10 minutes.
7. Breathe in success, and then breathe our blockages. Do this for about 5 to 10 minutes.

It will take you about an hour to go through the breathing exercise if you do it as instructed. If you follow through, you witness a sense of relief and clarity after the exercise.
