Going Through Hell? 5 Ways to Liberate Your Life:


Going through hell

Going through hell? Been there. There are times in my life when I felt as if I had a concrete and eternal contract with Satan himself. Everything in my world seemed to be crumbling. I took one step forward, and then 1000 steps backwards. There is nothing I did that made me feel happy or purposeful. I was eventually short of answers and tools to try and liberate my soul. I didn’t know what else to do. Suddenly, I stopped. I stopped searching; stopped looking for answers; and just lived every moment as it prevailed.

If you are experiencing havoc in your life, I hope the following 5 steps help you remember that every beginning has an end. As long as it is a challenge, it has a solution. There are no questions without answers.

  1. Wake up every morning and breathe deeply for at least 30 minutes. As you breathe, imagine that you are breathing in pure positive energy, and breathing out all the negativity.

  1. As you take a shower, repeat the statement; “I release all that no longer serve me”— over and over again until you are done with the shower.

  1. During the day when worries and sadness creep in, breathe deeply. Imagine that you are breathing in a white healing light from God, and breathing out all that no longer serve you.

  1. Drink a lot of water. And as you ease yourself, repeat the statements; “I’m releasing all that no longer serve me.”

  1. Before you go to bed, say out loud, “From this very moment, and as I sleep tonight, my unconscious mind is liberating my spirit, freeing my mind, empowering my soul, and branding me to live a full life.”

Affirmations

I encourage you to go through this exercise for as long as you can, at least until you feel better about your life. Remember that the answers we seek are all engrained inside of us.

6 Steps to Retrieve Sustainable Success:

It is common that whenever we are experiencing some discomforts in our lives, we state that “we are going” through some stuff. What is so great about the previous statement are the words “going through.” This implies that we are resolving the prevailing issues and moving towards our desired futures. However, it is easier said than done. “Going through” things for some people, might mean “going through a numbing process.” And what I mean by “numbing” is when people are investing in the denial process—where our negative emotions and fears are stored in ignorance of the consequences. What is depressing about this process is that these negative emotions never go away. We have to do the work to dissolve the negative emotions, and/or negative programming before we can be able to install the good inner stuff.

Below, are six steps that will help you start letting go of the unwanted programming in order to install new positive inner programs that will upgrade your live.

  1. List three self-limiting beliefs that you have about yourself.

  2. List three self-limiting beliefs that you have about money, success and/or your business?

  3. List three reasons why you think these self-limiting beliefs are serving you.

  4. List five reasons why you should let go of these beliefs.

  5. Explain how you think you will feel when you let go of these beliefs.

  6. Read the answers to question 5 every morning and evening for the next 5 days.

Remember that the mindsets that land us in the messes we find ourselves into, can never be the mindsets that get us out. We have to let go of who we are for who we want to become. We have to make the changes, or our situations will stay the same. Fortunately, we have the power of choice to tap into in order to either upgrade, or retard our lives.

Become Positively Selfish

Often, we all focus too much on other people’s needs, problems, progress, etc, yet forget our own issues that could need urgent consideration. We then find ourselves so stressed out about other people’s issues, and ironically, ours.

There are times when we’ve got to become positively selfish; meaning that we give ourselves guilty-free permission to focus on ourselves.

In the preceding process, we need to examine our physical, emotional and spiritual beings in order to establish where we need to stretch and heal; or how we can change and grow. Once we are done examining these areas of our lives, we then discover that we actually don’t have a lot of time dealing with other people’s businesses. Also, considering that the better we become, the more attractive we become to ourselves and to the outside world, it is imperative to take time out for ourselves.

So, how do you become positively selfish?

  1. Establish how you can improve your physical, emotional and spiritual states.
  2. Start out by exercising for at least 20 minutes a day. Remember that exercising releases endorphins that reduce stress.Image
  3. Come up with a simple daily to-do list that indicates the things that you will do to improve or elevate your emotional and spiritual statesImage
  4. Spend at least 10 minutes a day, less of interruptions such as TV, cell phones, and think about the things that you WANT to happen in your life.
  5. ImageRead an empowerment or self-help book for at least 15 minutes every night before you go to sleep. Try Do Not Force It, Tap The Good: an inspirational philosophical book that shares lessons the whole world can live by. Image

You can take charge of your life my friend by focusing on yourself. Remember that we all deserve to be on top of our game.

The Art of Self-Mastery:

As often indicated, nothing is impossible to the mind of man; for the conscious mind controls the subconscious mind, and the subconscious mind is all powerful.  Therefore, every condition, circumstance, and manifestation of our lives can be changed to suite our conscious desires. Meanwhile, there are two commandments that will help us achieve this goal: Firstly, know that fear is the enemy; and secondly, understand the mind-lock. For fear causes the lock, and the lock exists in the subconscious mind in the form of prompters (negative emotions,) placed there by the conscious mind.

I challenge you to begin eradicating from your mind all notion of yourself that has to do with where you live, where you were born, what you have done, and what your circumstances have been. I encourage you to concentrate on only one thing; and that is the spirit within you.

As indicated by US Anderson, a renowned philosopher of the 60s, this real you, this conscious hidden intelligence that exists behind your eyes, is timeless, formless, and built from all the glory and magnificence that ever was. And this intelligence is your spirit. This spirit has nothing to do with your name, job or home…it has nothing to do with circumstance or situation. The plain fact is that you exist.  Just dwell on that, and nothing more. This means that you focus on the now; identify the good in the now; strive to feel good now; develop and hold onto your intentions now; think about the now, not yesterday, not tomorrow…but now. Breathe, and pay attention to your breath.  Then you will discover that all you really need to live is life.

 I encourage and challenge you to give yourself sometime in the upcoming days to master your mind.

Ask yourself the following questions:

  1. What are my biggest fears?
  2. Are they based on factual truths?
  3. If this fear didn’t exist in my mind, how would I feel?
  4. What would I want to feel instead of this fear?

Get a journal and go through the above exercise every day for the next 9 days. At the end of these days, you will discover that you were not really afraid. You just felt fearful. Because indeed, being afraid is very different from feeling afraid. The former attitude brands you into fear itself, and the later, separates you from fear—which empowers you to knock it out of your system.

The Impact of Perception:


The way one perceives a situation has direct impact on future experiences. Our interpretation of our experiences is a mapping of the beliefs that we profoundly established at some point in the past.

A very common perception among “unconscious creators” is that you perceive things the way you do because that is the way things are. Why would I refer to this as a “perceived truth” and not “Higher Truth?” Because the “Higher Truth” is that things are the way they are because of how you “perceive” them to be.

Therefore, in reality, perception is merely an individualized awareness based on a belief that you have established. If the belief is flawed or self-limiting, the perception that you hold with regard to the belief held will be flawed and self-limiting as well. And the results that you experience will correlate precisely with what you “perceive” to be true.

The power of perception will attempt to show you in the simplest and easiest way to understand how important it is to see all that you encounter and experience in your life, regardless of how it may appear at the time.  Life unfolds precisely as you “perceive” that it will, and serves as a means of growth which is designed to enable you to fully-experience it based on the most precious gift that you could have ever been given…your inalienable right of free will.

Unfortunately, many times perceptions can lead to unpleasant or uncomfortable experiences.  Yet still, during these times it is important for us to perceive the discomfort as an obliteration of the current situation, in order to give way for something new and probably better. There is always a lesson to be learned, something to be discovered and maybe bring us back to the path of truth, real truth – the reality to be precise.

In reality, there exists no such thing as an “untruth.” However, there does exist lower truths and higher truths; and your choice of which of these you choose to utilize does make it the truth which unfolds in your life, just as you believe it will.

Quick question: What do you perceive as something that is holding you back? How much mental and emotional power are you giving it?? Please contemplate on this question for the rest of the week.

The Soul Liberation Boot Camp Mini-Healing Series with EFT and Ho’oponopono


“Happy New Year–to begin with,” is what I told a friend of mine recently and she snapped back by saying: “Yah right. What is happy or new about it? It is the same old…same old.”  It then struck me that we all often say things as a matter of habit or season, yet fail to connect to the exact meaning of our statements.  It also came to my awareness that there are so many people out there who feel stuck, disgusted, disappointed and fed-up with life.

If you happen to be in this situation, you have landed on the right page. Because I’m here to remind you of what you might already know. There are times one feels like they have exhausted in the consciousness in solving a problem or achieving a goal; yet nothing happens…things remain the same or become worse. There are situations in life that can leave one wondering if there is anything or anyone called God. Because they might have prayed, fasted, tithed, volunteered and did all the things that the good books (for instance the Bible or Quran), yet their lives just seem stagnant or worsening.

I have been there. There are times I have prayed, fasted, meditated, gone organic, eaten raw food (to renew my cells), gone vegetarian, but everything just seemed to get worse in my worse. The more I focused on my personal being, the more I lost hope; the more everything in my crumbled. But just as I was just about to give up, something struck me. I realized that I was still in control of the way I felt. When I decided consciously to feel sad, I really felt sad. When I spoke to my mind to give me hope, I felt hope creeping into my mind. The key to all this was me telling myself whatever I wanted to feel. And this had nothing to do with the havoc existent in my external world. I said the right words about how I wanted to feel, and in no minutes, I manifested my desired state of feelings. I then transferred the same idea to asking myself questions such as; “Soul, spirit, why are we not progressing? What is holding us back?” Upon asking myself the same question for a week, every morning when I woke up and night before I went to sleep, I started getting leads, answers and ideas about what was blocking me.

If you are going through a similar experience, I urge you to employ my strategy because it worked for me and now, for many of my clients.

For the 7 to 9 days, ask yourself these questions everyone morning when you wake up and night.

  1. Morning: – Soul, divine spirit, what is blocking us from expanding and progressing in life? Please give me insights and leads during the day about the root cause of these blockages, contracts or corrupted engagements that we might have unconsciously or unconsciously got involved in.
  2. Night Soul, divine spirit, what is blocking us from expanding and progressing in life? Please give me insights and leads during my sleep, in my mind; and help me remember all the details when I wake up in the morning.
