What does it take?
This short video shares some insights on how to focus on what you want. Reference: Neville Goddard’s book – Interpretation of the Scripture.
Love and light
When we understand the blueprint of money, we also understand how we can magnetize it.
This video shares a few clues on how to become a magnet for money.
Love and light
“I can’t go on this way.” I told my mother. My business was struggling. I had been at it for over a year and still couldn’t make ends meet. I felt weak and absolutely defeated. I knew that I had to re-tap into my inner strength and keep focusing on what I wanted. But it was easier thought, and said than done. It took a toll on me to divert my attention from what was wrong to what I wanted. Yet I knew that I had to snap out of negative thinking and propel myself to focus on what I wanted. I had to clear my mind. I had to let go of fear of never coming out of my situation. I was sick and tired of struggling. So, I made a profound decision to refocus my attention to what I wanted.
Sadly, it was more straining to focus on what I wanted than what I didn’t want. Focusing on what I didn’t want seemed easier because it showed up more often than what I wanted to manifest. This illustrates how tricky the mind is. It propels us to focus on what we don’t want so that we are weakened, diverted from our true nature, and delusional. But if you are ready to experience better realities you do whatever it takes to release whatever is holding you back.
The questions are;
Þ What are you going through?
Þ Are you having a hard time picking up the pieces and moving forward?
The six tools below are some of the many, which can help one, move from struggling to the realization of set goals.
The video, explains the steps in detail.
1. Examine what you are worshiping. What are you focusing on? What’s constantly dwelling in your mind? What do you give most of your attention? Whatever that is, that’s what you are worshiping.
2. Focus on what you want. Write a list of everything you want and place it in visible areas in your house. Read the list as many times as you can, daily.
3. Pray, meditate and trust that there’s a power within you that’s knows everything.
4. Lose the doubt. Tap into your faith. Remember that doubt doesn’t move mountains. Faith does. Have faith that everything will eventually work out for your good. Trust God, Creator of whomever/whatever you believe is your higher power, to renew you.
“Doubt doesn’t move mountains. Faith Does.”
5. Do not stress. Do everything you can to be peaceful. Take care of your mind. Meditate, do yoga, deep-breath, hike, walk, eat right—do whatever you can to pretend the mind from diverting your attention to what you’ve perceived as wrong. Also, avoid negative environment. Stay away from people who make you don’t elevate you. Clean your living and working spaces. Keep watch of what you feed your senses with.
6. Keep at it. Do not give in to feelings of failure. Remember that thoughts of failure are just thoughts. The power you give them is what they get. Give them nothing, and they eventually die a natural death. Deny them your attention and they will soon disappear out of your consciousness.
Love and light
This guided meditation is retrieved from the book, The Three Magic Words by US Anderson–one of the most influential books I’ve ever read. I’ve actually read the book 9 times. And every I read it, I discover something new. It’s one of the first books I read when I got on my self-inquiry journey.
It is recommended in the book that you listen to the meditation everyday for 21 days in order to cement the ideas in your unconscious mind.
In the meantime, I believe that this meditation will fill your unconscious mind with great prompters upon which you will be able to manifest whatever you want.
I’m sending you abundant love from my heart to yours.
Love and divine light
Until recently, I embraced the statement “use everything within you to get what you want” religiously. It meant a lot of sense.
However, as I meditated at one of the points in the Grand Canyon – Arizona last week, I asked the universe for its guidance-especially regarding creation. I based my meditational-intention on the beauty and magnificence of the Grand Canyon. I had looked at the endless hills, contours, rocks and architectural earthly-strange creations, and just couldn’t digest this mind-blogging wonder. Furthermore, I couldn’t see the bottom of the Canyon-which bewildered my mind further. “Wow” I repeated severally-left with nothing else to say.
So-I set myself up for a meditation. “What’s the spiritual story behind this grand creation, and how can I utilize it for my own manifestations?” I asked. As I started relaxing-in the process of preparing my mind for the answers I sought, a thought crept into my mind. “Love”, it whispered. “This place was created as a result of immerse unconditional love-coupled with a burning desire to achieve its objectives.” My inner-secret voice silently whispered.
“But you are here for the sake of love. It’s love inducing you to seek for answers. Love brought you here. And this is the same love that the source of creation, God, employs to create.”
“Uuh” my conscious mind mocked. “This is confusing.” It continued.
When I finally finished my disturbing meditation, it came to me that love is the source of all things.
The determined and persistent erosive activity of the Colorado River, and the wind on the soft rocks, for millions of years, created this massive gap of wonder. I can’t think of any other word to compound determination and unconditional endurance, other than LOVE. Love is creative. Unconditional-full time love for anything, with absolute focus, is the most creative force in the universe.
Love should therefore be the only “thing” in your mind in order to manifest whatever you love. Love has no reasons. It’s not about using everything within you to get whatever you want. That’s struggle. It’s simply about getting everything within you in congruence with your desires. And then letting everything you’ve established within, to manifest your desires. Remember; you can never ever get what you want. You only get want you are. And this is how to do it.
1. Establish your heart’s desire.
2. Institute profound love for it in your mind.
3. Identify any related limiting beliefs, negative experiences, emotional and mental blockages-such as worry, doubt and fear.
4. Use your mind to clean and erase all the above vampire-thoughts from your internal word.
5. Wrap your mind around your heart’s desire with a profound determination, persistence and focus. Don’t let ANYTHING derail you from your goals. Focus…focus…focus. (I was recently faced with an ugly situation, and this step helped me out-so trust me, it works.)
6. Take inspired action and be flexible.
7. Watch as everything works together for your good.
Make an effort to sow seeds of the feelings you intend to experience when you achieve your objectives. If it is love you are seeking for, you should firstly infuse your inner world with love. Act lovingly, speak lovingly, think lovingly, and dress lovingly. Then…out of this vibration, you will magically be in congruence with the love you intend to attract from the outside. And this works for everything else you may want to attract. If it is money you want, your mind should establish a profound desire for the benefits that money will bring you. Identify the related feelings and build on those. Begin acting as though you already have the money. Start shopping around for whatever you want to use the money for.
In the pursuit of my goals, I have stumbled on a lot of resistance and negative people who found everything wrong with my work. I felt weak. But then rose up again-knowing that remaining down won’t help me achieve my goals. If we can only lodge whatever we desire in our minds, and come to a reflective conclusion that there are no options regardless of conflicting occurrences, then, and only then, shall we be in position to manifest our desires easily and effortlessly.
Peace and blessings.
Negativity in its true form is energy; a strong energy that holds its space firm, and consistently as long as positivity doesn’t come in to dissipate it. Furthermore, energy is never lost; which also implies that negativity moves freely and joyously in our conscious and subconscious selves preparing to create our future. It takes on different forms to manifest in our experiences. It is indeed a critical energetic field that should never be ignored.
Some of the outcomes of negativity include but are not limited to; dis-ease, lack and limitation, loneliness, lack of clarity and self hatred.
One thing that we all need to comprehend is that negativity doesn’t just develop unfavorable experiences by mistake, or on its own. The host normally engages in mental and/or physical activities that slowly but surely transform into sources of future encounters. The sad thing however, is that once this negativity is well nurtured and/or fed, it will continue blocking, disorganizing, reversing and limiting one who has allowed it to build a house in his/her conscious and/or subconscious. It is a like being in form of a devil or sneaky enemy that keeps a close eye on all one is planning to do. It tends to have invisible, but significant swords, guns and machetes, I tell you. Because, just as one tries to stabilize or settle down in whatever pursuit he/she has sweated for, “Mr. Negativity” comes along and cuts off the roots of the positive experience’s full manifestation. It might come in form of a fearful thought, doubt or procrastination. Whatever way negativity crops in, it will use its full force to hold one back.
For instance, one may be driving for an interview and then gets a flat tire; or he/she could be rushing for that golden opportunity that he/she has been waiting for, for what seems like a century. However as he/she pulls into the main street from his/her house to his/her destination, the car’s battery runs out, just to get stuck in the middle of the road. Moreover, a trend of similar circumstances has been bombarding his/her experiences, which has left him/her despondent and angry.
