10 Proven ways to Cleanse Your Space From Stuck/Negative Energy


Many times, when we enter a room in our house/office, we might sense discomfort or experience body chills. This might be an indication that the room has stuck energy. Some people are so sensitive to this type of energy that when they access it in a room, they could get a headache or feel sick. At times, one might not even feel anything but could get an instant belief that the room is infected by some sort of stuck energy. I happen to experience all the above on different occasions.

Now, what’s stuck energy, and how is it created in a room?

Stuck energy is energy that is not flowing as it should. As you might know, everything is energy. Some of the causes of stuck energy are; a disorganized or dirty room; a room with trash; a room with boxes or other things close to the door(s)/window(s); a room where big arguments/fights or crying have happened.

How does stuck energy affect you?

This type of space affects our own energies, because our environments have a way of affecting our moods/energy flow and overall health. For instance, imagine being in a smelly room for a certain period of time, and when you leave the room, you continue smelling it.

Furthermore, if this room is your working space/office, stuck energy will affect the energetic flow of money, i.e. prevent or reduce the number of clients coming in. If it’s your bedroom, you might have problems falling asleep–or even have nightmares.

How do you cleanse your space?

  1. Remove all clutter
  2. Organize the room and create space at the entrance, and windows.
  3. Open the windows/doors for at least 2 hours to let the stuck air out.
  4. Lighten up the room by opening the blinds or curtains. Let light come in.
  5. Burn a white and black candle. (Explanations of what these two candles can do for your space and mind, can be found at http://psychiclibrary.com/beyondBooks/color-therapy-with-candles/)
  6. Burn sage and blow the smoke in all corners of your space. You can also call arch-angel Michael, Jesus or any other angels to help you with the process.
  7. Put a teaspoon of sea salt in a spray bottle filled with water, and spray all over the room with an intention to cleanse the room.
  8. Put 10 to 15 drops of Peppermint oil in a spray bottle filled with water and spare all over the room. If it’s your bedroom, also spray on the bed and under it.
  9. Pour 3 to 5 spoons of rubbing alcohol on sea salt placed on a saucer. Lighten up the mixture with a lighter. When the mixture starts bringing out smoke, put out the fire and then walk around the room/house while holding an intention in your mind to cleanse the space. (Remember to wear gloves to protect yourself from the heat that can be transmitted from the hot salt)
  10. Place a glass, or an open bowl filled with water in your room for 24 hours. Hold an intention that you are directing all the negative/stuck energy into the water. (You can also place the glass or bowl of water under your bed if it’s your bedroom that’s affected) After 24 hours, pour the water in the toilet as you affirm; “I’m now flashing all the negative in this water from this space.”

You can utilize one, any, or all the above tools to cleanse your space. Remember to hold an intention in your mind during the process.

Three Simple Steps to Create Your New Year’s Goals. Includes a Gift for You!

2014 is ending in about 23 days and 10 hours—depending on where you are located. I’m aware that sometimes we create goals that we never achieve, and therefore, have given up on even trying—in avoidance of the disappointment of not achieving these set goals. However, I’m here to remind you that nothing moves, if nothing is moved. I dare you to move your thoughts away from the past, and focus on the possibilities of the future. If others have done it, oh yes you can do it too.  I challenge you to take on this project in the provided deadline (i.e.) 12/29/2014, and then claim your gift—a spelled out at the end of this article.

It is as simple as spending one of the evenings before the year ends, and following this simple format included in the next chapter to set your goals. You are doing this for yourself and no one else. So, I encourage you to enthusiastically take on this exercise.

Here are the steps.

  1. Write three life-goals, in present tense, that you intend to achieve next year-2015. Life goals, are mainly what you intend for your health and wellbeing. For instance; family related goals such as better relationships, or maybe getting married, travelling, Educational goals, or having a kid; or moving to a new town where you’ve always wanted to live but procrastinated about the move. For example:
  • I’m happily married to my soul mate; and we have two healthy kids together – twins, a boy and girl
  • I have a great relationship with my family members. We get together every year and celebrate life.
  • I am in perfect health, with the perfect weight of 158 lbs, and with a healthy creative mind.

 (i)  Write down the first step you will take towards achieving this goal. For example:

I have my profile set-up on eHarmony.com explaining exactly what I want in a partner.

 (ii)  Write down how you will feel, in present tense, when you achieve these goals.

For example: I feel alive, worthy and excited about life.

(iii)  Write down three reasons why you think you deserve to achieve these goals—your driving force.

For example:

  • I’m a woman, and I know I was born to give birth to healthy kids.
  • I am a loving person who deserves to share my love with a like-minded person
  • I deserve a healthy mind, body, and spirit in order fulfill my life’s purpose.

  1. Write down three major career goal: – A business that you want to begin, an investment idea, change of jobs, job promotion, career-based training, etc. For example:
  • I have a global Success Coaching business serving 1 million clients worldwide through my on-line programs, books, and Art.
  • I have 3 paid bi-weekly speaking engagements in Fortune 500 companies and other publics in the US. I earn $5000 + each engagement.
  • I am a bestselling Author –selling 10,000,000 copies of my life-changing books world-wide. My books are translated in 189 languages.

 (i)  Write down the first step you will take towards achieving this goal. For example: I have hired a professional to re-skin and re-brand my website and highlight my business values, and unique brand.

 (ii)  Write down how you will feel, in present tense, when you achieve these goals.

For example: I feel purposeful, worthy, and enthusiastic to create more products and services to change people’s lives.

 (iii)  Write down three reasons why you think you deserve to achieve these goals—your driving force. For example:

  •  I am highly educated and skilled, and know that I have what it takes to deliver valuable services.
  • I am enthusiastic about making a difference in the world.
  • I have an immerse passion to serve, and earn out of the value I offer to my clientele.

 Money goals

  1. Write down a money / income related goal. This goal is about how much money you want to earn by, or before the end of 2015. I dare you to dream big. For example:
  • I earn $10,000,000 annually.

(i)  Write down the first step you will take towards achieving this goal. For example: I have set-up a meet-up networking group to attract like-minded people

(ii)  Write down three things that you are willing to do to earn that income. Refer to your skills, experience or education: – what you know that you can do to earn that money. For example:

  •  Success Coaching and Counseling
  • Professional Speaking Engagements
  • Selling my books, audio programs and Success programs.

 (iii) Write down how you will feel, in present tense, when you achieve this amount of money. For example:

I feel excited that my services, skills and values are appreciated. I feel so driven to create more value for my clientele. I feel alive and purposeful.

(iv)  Write down why you think you deserve this money.

For example:

I deserve this money because I am willing to do whatever it takes to serve, and then get paid for it. I deserve abundance. I believe that it is my birthright.

Free Money; Seriously, Free Money:

I have heard and read the above statement more than a hundred times. Millions of tools and techniques have been suggested on how to make money easily and effortlessly. Although some of these tools do actually work, they miss out the most important part of the equation…the Mind.  Attracting more money is a matter of the mind. It requires us to erase the resistance, self-limiting beliefs about money, negative stories about money, worry, doubt and sadness, in order for us to identify the right paths and strategies to effortlessly make money.

The mind plays a major role in our decisions and actions. If our minds are filled with blockages about what we are trying to achieve, we are sowing our seeds on rocks; nothing will be harvested. The idea is to let go of what is in the way in order to clear the runway for attracting money easily and effortlessly. It is about working smart and not hard.

Assignment: make two lists.

  1. List 1. Write down 10 negative thoughts or stories that you have about money.
  2. List 2. Write the opposite of all the points you made in list 1. For instance, if you gave a negative thought about money in list 1 as “Money creates crime,” in list 2, write; “Money creates peace.” 
  3. Burn list 1.
  4. Read list 2 twice a day for the next 30 days. This will help you erase the negative prompters in your mind about money, and then instill new positive ones.

Remember; it is not the hard work or conscious desire for money that attracts it. It is our unconscious minds that design our destiny.

Three Ways to raise your Attraction-Vibration


It has been said that everything begins from within us. And it does; because indeed the image we see in the mirror will never change until we change it. When we change our internal worlds, we change our external experiences.

Moreover to attract whatever we want, we’ve got to raise our energetic vibrations. When one feels good, they position themselves to manifest their heart’s desires.  However, how the heck can you feel good when your world is crumbling? Well, it is important to remember that we have choices. We can choose to feel good, or at the very least pretend to feel good—faking it, until we become it.

Below are the three things you can do to raise your vibration

  1. Make a list of 10 good things about you. Then stand in the mirror everyday and repeat these things to yourself. It is also fun to add something new to the list every day.

2. Make it a habit to do something to feel good on a daily basis. It could be as simple as taking a nap in the afternoon; or eating an ice     cream (not too much though J), or taking a walk; or watching a comedy movie.

3. Imagine a candle burning in your heart all day. This works miracles on your psychic. Stretch this exercise further by imagining that  the candle blows out every time you worry or stress. You could also make it more fun by placing a dollar in some place every time the  candle in your heart blows out…also implying that you spend a dollar for every worrying-moment. At the end of each week, take all the  money you’ve collected and give it to someone, anyone. The less you worry or stress, the less money you will give away.
