When Doubt Attacks Faith: or Can it?


Faith is under-related, at least in my experience. It is easier said than done to have unwavering faith when your world seems as if it is tipped over and at the verge of crashing. Doubt creeps in like a thief in the night without warning and promotes all sorts of fears, to reason you out of generating the faith you need to transcend whatever challenge is at hand.

Often, I am faced with challenges that render me speechless. Times when I don’t know what to say or do. And much as I know that faith is available for me to dwell on, for some weird reason I allow the doubt to take over. And the moment this happens the ego steps in and delivers thoughts that weaken me even further. And the more I believe these thoughts, the more I feel defeated. But when I realize that everything is just happening in my mind, I snap my attention away from these energy sucking thoughts and then focus on my self. And by self, I mean the incorruptible part of me that can not be affected by anything known or unknown. This “place” is a “space-less space” of bliss, unwavering faith, actually beyond faith, with perfumes of unconditional love and unexplainable peace. Then, only then is doubt permanently dissolved. To reiterate, I refer to this place as a “space-less space” because it is beyond space. It is uncontainable, indefinable, imageless, and infinite.

Moment of Inspiration: What to do When Feeling Confused


So, there you are feeling confused and probably uninspired. You might feel as if you are stuck in a mental or emotional box and have no clue about how to get out or move on. It could be that you have to make a decision and you don’t know the right decision to make. So, what do you do? How do you snap out of it?

The Solution:

Close right eyes and look for the confusion in your mind. Find out what it looks like, its shape, color, and whether it is mobile or static. How far is this confusion from you?

If you did the exercise right you will discover that whatever you came up with to represent the confusion was just your imagination. You imagined it into existence. You made it up. If you are lucky and came up with nothing, then you also discovered that confusion is just a thought–a believed thought that you have decided to title, confusion. Just because you don’t know what to do yet, doesn’t brand you confused.

Do not believe your thoughts. Observe the “confusion” as something separate from you. Know that it is not you. And you don’t owe it your attention. Don’t fight to let it go. Let it be but deny it your perception or interpretation; just let it float in your consciousness and if you stand your ground without mentally moving to join it, it will dissolve into obvium.

Remember that you are the one who is always aware of things, situations and thoughts. And you can remain as the awareness.

Everything is Temporary-The Uplifting Truth to Transcend the Negative


Everything is temporary regardless of what it appears to be in your mind or in your external world. The challenges we face are temporary. Even if something seems as if it will kill you, it is temporary. Even if it does, it only kills the body, because who you truly are, never dies and was never born. You are an extension of God, remember? And God doesn’t die.

The emotional turmoil we experience is temporary. Whatever is alive in us depends on the attention we give it. Trust what’s permanent in your nature. Remember that the one who is in you is greater than all that’s out of you.

Have faith in this power within you. Know that you are the creator of this power, because you are one with God.

Why Are You Holding Back?


So, there you are with everything you need to move forward. You know how to get started on that goal. You have all the resources, you know what you want, you are clear about the end results of your actions and you know that this is the right step to take. However, for some reason you don’t take action. Why?

Why do we hold back? What is it within us that prevent us from moving forward?

In this article, I share three reasons that I know hold us back from moving forward.

1.   Self-doubt

Often times, you start doubting yourself. You believe the psychological mind that presents thoughts such as, you are not enough for whatever you need, you don’t have what it takes to get it or that you are not worthy that milestone. However, what’s interesting is that when you stop and think about these thoughts you realize that there is no evidence to support them. In a nutshell, these thoughts are based on pure illusion, unsupported conclusions—the likeness of insanity.

2. Fear of failure

Fear is a powerful state that can either inspire you to move forward or retard your actions. The latter fear has a tendency of recruiting all sorts of reasons why you shouldn’t move forward. You could envision failure and disappointments, and actually start generating negative emotions to reflect on your delusional visions. But again, if you self-evaluate you realize that there’s no evidence to support the visualized negative future.

3. Fear of Success:

Now, the fear of success is one of the many reasons why we should never trust our psychological minds…our thoughts. Of course, you want to succeed. Who doesn’t? But the egoistical mind will tell you otherwise, because its job is weaken and rule (“It’s the supreme politician” ~ Sri Moojiji). Note that the more afraid you are, the less you act; the less you make decisions authentic to you; the more you panic, and the more susceptible you become to negative programming.

There are many reasons that we normally have to support our inactions. However, most of these reasons are rooted on fear. Therefore, if you are holding back self-evaluate to establish if your reasons are not solely rooted on fear. Emotional Counseling and Angel Therapy for Negative Emotions Related to Relationships’ Conflicts

I know what that feels like. I’ve experienced the related negative emotions accrued from troubled relationships. These emotions can be draining and disorienting when accommodated and believed. The good news is that there are proven simple tools that can resolve and dissolve any negative emotions or feelings regardless of their intensity. But this can only happen when we remember the following:

1. We can not control other people.
2. We are not our emotions.
3. We perceive our emotions.
4. There’s an observer within us who observes both the negative emotions and the perceiver of them.
5. When we recruit thoughts that generate emotions to relate to an experience, we create two types of emotions:
(i) Dead-end emotions
(ii) Trouble generating emotions.

6. When we deny thoughts our attention they cease to create conditions.
7. There are conditions in life that may not change; but there is a place in you they can never change.
