Do not Divide Your Attention From God/Universe


I personally consider the Bible a psychological book intended to guide us through life. The bible has so much wisdom, which when interpreted from a psychological point of view, can change your relationship with life, and all your experiences. Every story in the bible has two sides to it. There is an esoteric and exoteric interpretation for every story in the bible. That’s why it is considered a double edged sword.
 

A friend recently sent me this message on WhatsApp and I thought it was really powerful. So, I am sharing this with you

When *GOD* wanted to create *fish*, he spoke to the *sea*.

When *GOD* wanted to create *trees*, He spoke to the *earth*.

But when *GOD* wanted to create *man*, He turned to *HIMSELF*. Thus *GOD* said: *”Let us make man in our image and likeness”*.’

Note: If you get a *fish out of the water, it will die*; and when *you remove a tree from the ground, it also dies*. Similarly, when *man* disconnects from *GOD, the Universe, or that divine power, he dies*. *GOD* is our *natural environment*. We were created to live in *HIS presence*.  God’s presence is our presence. We must be connected with *Him* because only with *Him* does life exist. We must glue our attention on God, on the universe, on the unconditional love in our hearts.


Let’s stay in oneness with GOD. Let us remember that water without fish is still water, but a fish without water is dead. The soil without the tree is still soil, but the tree without soil is nothing. God without man is still God, but  man without GOD is literally dead in spirit.

If you look closer, you will discover that there is actually no separation between you and God. God is all there is. Man is God asleep to himself, and God is man awake.

6 Tools to Move From Struggling to The Realization of Set Goals:


“I can’t go on this way.” I told my mother. My business was struggling. I had been at it for over a year and still couldn’t make ends meet. I felt weak and absolutely defeated. I knew that I had to re-tap into my inner strength and keep focusing on what I wanted. But it was easier thought, and said than done. It took a toll on me to divert my attention from what was wrong to what I wanted. Yet I knew that I had to snap out of negative thinking and propel myself to focus on what I wanted. I had to clear my mind. I had to let go of fear of never coming out of my situation. I was sick and tired of struggling. So, I made a profound decision to refocus my attention to what I wanted.

Sadly, it was more straining to focus on what I wanted than what I didn’t want. Focusing on what I didn’t want seemed easier because it showed up more often than what I wanted to manifest. This illustrates how tricky the mind is. It propels us to focus on what we don’t want so that we are weakened, diverted from our true nature, and delusional. But if you are ready to experience better realities you do whatever it takes to release whatever is holding you back.

The questions are;

Þ  What are you going through?

Þ  Are you having a hard time picking up the pieces and moving forward?

The six tools below are some of the many, which can help one, move from struggling to the realization of set goals.

Perseverance

The video, explains the steps in detail.

1.    Examine what you are worshiping. What are you focusing on? What’s constantly dwelling in your mind? What do you give most of your attention? Whatever that is, that’s what you are worshiping.

2.    Focus on what you want. Write a list of everything you want and place it in visible areas in your house. Read the list as many times as you can, daily.

3.    Pray, meditate and trust that there’s a power within you that’s knows everything.

4.    Lose the doubt. Tap into your faith. Remember that doubt doesn’t move mountains. Faith does. Have faith that everything will eventually work out for your good. Trust God, Creator of whomever/whatever you believe is your higher power, to renew you.

5.    Do not stress. Do everything you can to be peaceful. Take care of your mind. Meditate, do yoga, deep-breath, hike, walk, eat right—do whatever you can to pretend the mind from diverting your attention to what you’ve perceived as wrong. Also, avoid negative environment. Stay away from people who make you don’t elevate you. Clean your living and working spaces. Keep watch of what you feed your senses with.

6.    Keep at it. Do not give in to feelings of failure. Remember that thoughts of failure are just thoughts. The power you give them is what they get. Give them nothing, and they eventually die a natural death. Deny them your attention and they will soon disappear out of your consciousness.

Grounding is the Answer!


floralearthIf you are like me you have labored in the fields of self-improvement for a long time; yet, that illusive, permanent happiness, peace and prosperity remain elusive.

We are promised to achieve eventual attainment of the wonderful state of joy.Grounding 2

With that in mind, we begin the destination-less match on the treadmill to nowhere. However, in spite of the match, or even the robust jog, regardless of how fast we run, or for how long, the distance to our “happiness destination” remains the same. For this very reason, I’m enthused to ask a simple question: Who is it that we are trying so desperately to improve?

May I therefore suggest that the “who” whose life we are trying to repair, does not actually exist outside of a story that was imposed upon us a long, long time ago? May I be so impudent to suggest that we are attempting to make an imaginary person happy? And…may I also suggest that this is an impossible task to take?

Please remember; we cannot improve the lot of a story book character. But we can put down the book and notice that the one reading is not actually in the story. Let’s step off the treadmill and ground ourselves onto solid ground–which is the only answer to finding our true selves.

How to Escape the Enslavement of your Brain.

I recently decided to administer an experiment with intent to establish the extent to which my daily habits were cemented in my unconscious.  To support the proceeding, I moved my toothpaste cup to an opposite cupboard. Every morning I unconsciously went to the original place where I always placed the toothpaste cup only to remember that I had moved it to a different place. It took me about two weeks before I could go straight to the new place without checking in the old one. This proved to me that if a habit as simple as the proceeding had taken me that long to change, how long would it take to change other profound thought processes and beliefs that I have established about myself since childhood? This discovery scared the hell out of me. However what soothed my racing mind was the fact that leaving the toothpaste cup in the new place eventually became the new habit.  Soon, I was able to go straight to the new location without much thought.

How does the above relate to escaping the enslavement of our brains?

It all comes down to one thing. Everything we do on a daily basis is grabbed by the brain as a sensation and manufactured into a habit. Every habit becomes the blue print of our experiences. Imagine that you’ve been thinking negatively for a long time. The brain will manufacture everything in your world to be in congruence with your most predominate thoughts.

CHILD-BRAIN-DRAIN

Start today by changing a simple self-limiting thought about yourself. For instance, if you’ve been telling yourself that you are fat, tell yourself several times that you have the perfect weight.

Begin with simple things, and then build up by changing all those negative thoughts about yourself.

Simplified:

  1. The first step is writing down all the things you think are negative about yourself.
  2. Write down everything that is not working in your life.
  3. Then write down the opposite attributes of the list in step 1, and what you want to happen instead in step 2.
  4. Read your new list in no. 3 — three times a day.

This will eventually re-wire your brain to navigate for what you want.

In today’s market bombarded by the internet bubble, aggressive businesses, and intelligent customers who only buy from competitive suppliers, it is imperative to find new out-of-the-box ways to stay in business.

One of the solutions I give to my clients is to raise their vibrations, and hence become magnets in their markets. So, how does one become a magnet? Here are some of the proven steps:

  1. Let go of your self-limiting beliefs, and change your thought processes by thinking about what you want 24/7.
  2. Do whatever it takes to feel good. Think about your sales objectives, how you will feel when you achieve that goal, and then start feeling that way. It is like living fast-forward. Some call it visualization; but this time, it is practically infusing yourself with good feelings regardless of whatever is going on in your external environment.
  3. Dress, act, and talk your brand-theme. Depending on the business you are in, start living that brand—at least during your working hours.
  4. Show up. Once your vibration is high, when you feel good, when you dress, act and talk your brand, it is time to show up. Identify all the venues where your services might be required. Pack some samples if you have products, or service coupons, and visit each of these venues. Give out as many samples or coupons as you can. These don’t have to be big; but trust me; they will create a bigger impact in your audiences than when you give out business cards.

It Doesn’t Matter

Many times the people you love the most will suddenly change their attitudes towards you. You may be on the other end of the spectrum wondering what might have gone wrong. But since they use actions to communicate, you are left in the bleak without any idea of whatever is going on.

So, what do you do?

Reconnect to the most important person in your world; which is you. You start focusing on you. You develop a more profound relationship with yourself. You religiously hold tight on your core values. You focus on the good things in your life.

Remember; whatever is going on in your external world is mirroring your internal world. So, the idea is to go back within and raise your personal vibration. The rest really doesn’t matter; because once your vibration is fresh and vibrant, the people with energetic signatures different from yours, will automatically fall out of your life—which is a good thing.
